I am just underwent septoplasty to remove a huge (over 1 inch long) septum spur, correct the septum's deviation, and reduce the turbinates. It's now 5 days after the surgery, and my recovery seems to be going okay except for one big hitch. If I breath deeply through the nose my entire septum vibrates as if it is a tuning fork.
