toddler throwing up undigested food

83 year old woman is throwing up 3 three hours now, water/bile but has not been drinking in the last 3 hours...

Sometimes, food given to her 6 hours earlier will come out undigested. She wakes up every morning and requests that she does not want milk or food. I am at my wits end - please advice.

for about 3 years now,progressivly getting worse, i havnt been able to digest food after i eat i will vomit totally undigested food it can take any where from 1 hour up to days afterward.

He vomits early hours of morning undigested food, which sometimes is what he had for breakfast. He has diarrhoea every morning usually 2-3 episodes. Generally he is in good form. Doctor tried rinitidine which doesn't seem to have helped. He has been referred to children's but I was just wondering what this could be.

the last two days I've had food come out of my stool undigested the first time was a baked potato the second day it was my vegetables like I had corn carrots and either been or peas. I'm pretty scared about this seems not right. What should I do?

If the food is coming out undigested (indicating it has only been a very short time in her digestive tract as opposed to throwing up digested food), she might have, or have had, a blockage of some kind. Could definitely be a hairball, but if she likes to play with cardboard, it could be a piece of cardboard. Hairball remedies are usually some kind of laxative like petroleum jelly mixed with malt for flavor, to stick to the hairball and glide it down.

I ate dinner at 8 tacos but only ate one...I went to bed around 9 and woke up at 5 throwing up like crazy...and it's the food I ate but I'm still throwing up water juice and whatever I eat.

I threw up in the middle of eating and it may sound weird but I just continued eating afterwards because I felt a little better but sometimes it would ruin my appetite ask day and I would make myself snack on crackers and other small things just to keep food in my stomach because throwing up acid is the worst! And if i dont go 5 to 6 times a day, the nausea I feel is horrible, throwing up things I ate 12 - 16 hours prior,undigested. After I vomit, there is an increase in mucus that I need to spit up and when I do its tainted with blood. I had an upper gi scope done, that showed nothing. No signs of chron's disease, no h-pylori, no ulcers, no signs of colitis. It's getting worse and worse as the days go by. I have upper and lower abdominal pain.

Because he had worms so bad the vet wants to give him another treatment of the Revolution, He is on dry cat food and water. He begs for food all the time and we cannot leave food out on the counter as he is (dumpster diving) here in the kitchen. I am very concerned about the throwing up. m a 21 year old female, this past year1/2 I have delt with early morning sickness (throwing up undigested food if I wake up earlier) or I generally just get a stomach ache every morning. I cannot eat passed a certain time without getting sick in the morning. I had acid reflux and thought it was that but I have since cured that with therapy. I've had several tests done including blood tests (recently) that had low level of 6 for GGT but my doctor has not since called me about this.

When I do go to bed, I wake up at 3am and experience such severe discomfort and nausea that I go to the bathroom and throw it all up. I throw up chunks of what looks like undigested meat, and it hurts my entire chest, stomach, and throat as I throw up these chunks of meat. Even after I finish throwing it all up and there is nothing left, I still feel nauseated and the nausea lasts for a couple of days.

Hello, My cat has been throwing up a brown very watery liquid for the past few days. He will go maybe a whole day and not throw up at all but then overnight we find that he's thrown up 4 or 5 times. He still drinks his water and eats his food and seems his normal self but i'm worried there might be something else wrong. There are a lot of reasons to throw up. A LOT of reasons. Food poisoning, lying on your stomach for too long, illness, etc. But in any case, if you really want to make sure to avoid pregnancy, you should use condoms in addition to birth control, that way if either one fails, you still have the other one. And if you want to make sure you're not pregnant, even if you don't think you are, take a home pregnancy test. They're about $7 at Meijers and you get results in three minutes.

You have to wonder how much nutrition your cat is actually receiving. Throwing up especially for that long of a time is not good for your kitty. I would discuss with your vet another type of cat food. It's not a particularly good idea to just change the cat's food without consulting your vet. Out of curiosity why have you allowed this vomiting to go on for 6-9 months.

So trying to figure out if I just ate something bad, or is this the start....Went out to dinner tonight early with my uncle and had ravioli. Had gas most of the night, but had some bread to help absorb the sauce that was causing some heartburn (along with a Zantac...my best friend). That dinner was like at 5 PM. It's 2 AM and I woke up throwing up. I have had 2 or 3 bowel movements over the course of the day which is why I am not sure if this is the ramp up, or not. Opinions???

but it something that I really want/need to know the answer to. I seem to be passing totally undigested Venlafaxine XR (Effexor XR) pills. I managed to inspect one of the pills afterward (disgusting, I know) and the outside was tough but it was still full of a white, powdery substance. Does this mean that I'm not digesting the medication at all? What should I do?
