toddler rash on face

My 18 month old daughter has a splotchy red rash on her cheeks, the dr said it was hives. The only other bumps on her body are sporadic and are mostly skin colored. could it be something else?

I noticed it yesterday when I changed his diaper and it was on his chest, tummy and back. After his nap yesterday it has spread to his neck and hairline and there are a few spots on his face. He is still quite active and eats & drinks normally, sleeps normally. The rash does NOT seem to be itching as he has not been fussy nor does he scratch or touch it.

An itchy rash behind his ears, a rash around his eyes and on his face, a rash on his neck and hive like rash on his belly. The rash took a few days to subside. We are in the process of having him tested for allergies.

toddler has raised,red bumps with small,white heads on extremedies, they itch and appear to be insect bites.

Another thought has he been sweating it could be a heat rash , bathe his face and eyes in cool water...

Now I can see the same in his chest, on his back and some on his face too. Is it any sun damage or any other allergic blisters. I'm not sure whether it is itchy...since he is not itching any part of the body. What kind of safety measures do we have to take, can I get the expert advice. Thanks in advance.

However, (not sure if the following is related at all) just a few months ago when the weather started getting colder and we turned the heat on, he started getting a dry rash-like patches on both his legs. Sometimes some patches would last just a day, other times they stick around for a while. Sometimes as we're putting fragrance free Eucerin on it, it probably burns and he cries. But other than that, it doesn't bother him or seem to itch throughout the day.

I was treated for graves disease several years ago and have since been taking synthroid. the problem is in the last month or two, i have been suffering from an unsightly rash on my face which won't go away. I cannot figure out what is causing it and i suspect it may be related to my thyroid condition. i do not think it has to do with any other conditions other than my thyroid problem. has anyone experienced the same type of problem with rashes?? what can i do to get rid of it??

It sound like an allergic reaction to something, what have you taken or been in contact recently ? is there any bite marks ? You should go to the E.R. right away.

For the last 3 weeks I've had this rash coming and going on my face, when it flares up it feels really hot. In the first week of it my throat felt like it was burning and one of my eyes was slightly red with a hot feeling to it also. These 2 symptoms have passed but the rash has not gone. I have stopped using hair products ie. hairspray etc and just use a mild shampoo/conditioner, there is also a feeling of hotness to the back of my neck.

I broke out in a rash on my face in April. It seems to be spreading... It's burning and itching. My allergies have been pretty bad lately so I've been taking Zyrtec. I'm wondering if this is a reaction to the Zyrtec or if the Zyrtec helps it calm down. It does calm down then "flare" back up. It's starting to look horrible. I've never had skin problems and Im embarrassed to go in public. Doctor doesn't seem to know exactly what it is.

However, they are not on my neck. What can I do to help alleviate this? With the numerous ingredients listed on face products now, is there any way to tell which ingredient may be causing this reaction so I can avoid it in the future? Thank you.

my 3 year old son has developed a skin rash. He started to develop an itch on his penis and had pimple like dots 3 weeks ago and his doctor said it was normal and give him some onintment which cleared the dots. It has been 3 weeks not, his itch has continue from his penis to the rest of his arms and legs and back of the neck. I put olive oil to keep it from being dry and it appears patches of dry flaky spots developed and looked like it could be eczema.

Can syphillis Rash only be on face? Can rash be due to any other std?

Even after daily hair washing, the flaky skin is still there, and on my face. I have also noticed now what looks like pencil erase sized patches of rash (though not red) and dry skin. Any help diagnosing this or any suggestions would be extremely appreciated!!!!

The spots are mainly on his underarm, back, and shoulders. But now a few of them have showed up inside his mouth (cheek) and on his face. Sometimes they are clustered together and sometimes it is just a spot here and there. He had 2 rounds of bloodwork that came back normal. He did have a virus about 2 weeks ago (no fever, just a viral respitory infection). They also checked him for strep too that was negative.

Pardon? Please explain, I don't understand the link between a dark rash on my face and parasites. How would I get these diagnosed? How would they be treated? What part of my question made you think of parasites? Thanks for thinking outside the box, even if you shocked me!
