complaining

Avatar n tn He doesn't have rashing anywhere that I can see. He did run a fever of 100.4 the other night but now he's not running a fever and still complained of knee pain. I felt around on his tummy and he didn't show any indication of pain and hasn't randomly expressed abdominal pain by grabbing his tummy or fussing about not feeling well. Actually, the odd thing to me was that even with his fever, he didn't slow down in his activities.
Avatar n tn I have a Britax Marathon as well and my son starting complaining of back pain and leg pain about 6 weeks ago. He is 2 1/2 yrs. old. All of these entries seem too coincindental. These kids are all about the same age and all complain of back pain while in their car seats. My son also broke out in a rash around the same timeframe and it still has not healed. The doctors believe it to be unrelated and possibly a form of eczema or impetigo.
Avatar f tn Recently, my 13 yr old daughter has been complaining of a aching pain in her knee. She is a dancer and has been since she was 5. She has pain in her left knee and has never experienced an injury before except a sprained ankle (her right). She has been complaining of swelling/hot ache in her knee after dance, aches around them and the other night she showed me her knee after her shower and it was shadowed/black.
Avatar f tn One being in her hips and one being in her back where she is complaining it hurts. Today she is still complaining of the pain. I called the chiropractor and she said it is likely that the back could still be sore from the adjustment. If she continues to complain through the weekend we are going to do a follow up. With that being said we do not have a Brittax we have a Graco My Ride 65. They are close to they same design I believe. She also climbs into our bed in the middle of the night.
1216899 tn?1288570325 Work is very demanding, after about a year and of half of a very bad slow down, and out of no where I am working like crazy lately. This heat, the stress (both physical and mental), the long hours, I think have taken it's toll. I have really been pushing my body to the extreme limits, dealing with extreme fatigue, I mean like I have never known before. Yet I push on. I find everyday that I can set new limits for tolerance, of how far I can push myself. Today I am paying the price.
6709254 tn?1389303349 Is it too early for me to be having back pain. I'm 2 months. My mom is like it's too early for you to be complaining about your back. But if I stand up for longer than 3 minutes my back starts hurting really bad.
Avatar m tn Margy is right, his doc needs to take care of it. I've dealt with my fair share of knee problems from swimming and waitressing. Best thing I found was ibuprophen, heating pad, and rest. I have no idea how to get a 4 year old to do all that though!
Avatar f tn My daughter has been complaining of pain behind her knee it is when she has her knee bent for some time, if she rides on my shoulders, when I lift her down she can't walk and cries with pain, can anyone give me me some advise on what this could be
1285110 tn?1420147378 Over the last 6 weeks he has become tired, miserable, sad, angry, withdrawing from activities, complaining of dizzy spells and headaches.... because of his autism his pain threshold is crazy ( he had a huge hernia and felt no pain... he dislocates his knee cap by choice with no pain).... he is unable to explain how he feels or what he is experiencing so it is about guess work and piecing together evidence. When he has a dizzy spell it is always followed with a headache... and tiredness..
Avatar f tn The pain spread over the week to his left knee (which he sprained in January and healed). The knee became swollen and tender to the touch. He spiked a slight fever on the third day. X-rays are normal. But his CBC came back and the hospital said his normal blood count should be 14 and it is 14.8. This is the 3rd time in 8 months his count is elevated, and the first time it was double the normal amount.
Avatar f tn My back pain was so severe I was huntched over and it caused me to have a lot of contractions. I thought yep this will make me go into labor but back pain subsided and contractions stopped but I still get them through out the day.
Avatar n tn y leg pain began as a toddler. the pain radiated from the feet up to the knee in both legs. it is terrible pain seemingly coming from the bone or at lest very deep pain. i could always tell you within 24 hrs. if it was going to rain or if i walked bare footed on grass or a cold floor the pain would start in the arch area of the feet then radiate up to the knee then as a teen the pain would go from the feet to the hips..
572021 tn?1330905654 My daughter (17) has been complaining of sharp knee pain in the back of her knee that has been keeping her awake for the last few nights. She says it is severe and does not respond to ibuprofen or any other medications that she has tried. She has been running me to doctors to months also suffering from upper right quadrant pain which cannot seem to be diagnosed.
Avatar f tn We went into Urgent Care and the Dr. felt the back of his neck and thought he must have pulled a muscle. It was pin-pointed to the left side of the spinal area. He was given some children's Advil and within 15-20 minutes he was feeling a lot better. We have been home for about 2 hours now and he had not complained of any sort of pain at all. I'm feeling pretty relieved at the moment.
Avatar f tn In March 20, 2008 I fell at work. Hit floor hard, mainly hit R knee hard on floor, all weight went on it. They gave me an X-Ray, Ibuprofen, PT for R knee said it was ok & I was discharged from care & resumed normal work status. I started complaining of pain again shortly after. I had to drag my leg around because it would give out on me while at work. It would swell up. I kept having pain towards the inner part of my knee (where both knees rub onto each other).

Avatar m tn My six year old has been complaining of a knee pain when he runs fast. This causes him to slow down or stop . These complaints have persisted over the past two or three months. There is no swelling, reddness or tenderness when touched and he does not complain of pain during any other activity except when he runs. Is this something I should be worried about.
250155 tn?1485295939 Hi my daughter developed a Baker's Cyst behind her right knee around 18 months old. We had an ultrasound done and it was fluid filled. We were told that it would gradually go away by age 3. She is now 6 years old and her current pediatrician doesn't want to have it looked at again b/c she isn't complaining of any pain?! As she has grown the buldge behind her knee has grown w/ her, it hasn't shrunk at all. Should we push to have another ultrasound done??

Avatar f tn My four year old daughter started complaining about her legs hurting about two and a half months ago, after about three weeks she started crying and waking up in the middle of the night complaining that her legs hurt when she moved. I took her to see her doctor and they did blood test that came back normal, they also did x-rays of her leg and hips, since then she has gone down hill.
Avatar f tn Cut back on the amount of juice your child drinks, and you may also want to start him/her on a probiotic. I assume you saw a pediatric gastroenterologist? Either way, even if it was the pediatrician who diagnosed your child, they should have offered advice on how to handle it. I know juice is normally the culprit. If your child isn't losing weight, or complaining of stomach pain, then it is just toddler diarrhea.
Avatar f tn ll probably end up with bad back pain near the end of my pregnancy. So my plan is to carry him when I need to, but encourage him as much as possible to walk or crawl when he can.
Avatar n tn Well just a couple of months ago my other knee started with the same problems. Just pain mostly. Then about 2 weeks ago I noticed my elbows were hurting. No swelling, but they get painful as they are today. Sometimes a couple of fingers hurt. Also, for the past few years my ear aches at night and I have to switch sides. The right side of my jaw hurts as well and I read that they were probably TMD.
Avatar n tn My daughter, almost 4, has been complaining of left knee pain for a year and a half. First it was i the middle of the night. She would wake up hysterical. Then she started to complain during the day. We figured it was growing pains at first and then consulted with a pediatric rheumatologist. She ruled out systemic arthritis but did say she was reacting to her exam of her left knee and to keep an eye on it.
Avatar f tn My 12 year old daughter started complaining yesterday about a shooting pain in the back of her leg from her knee to her ankle. She said it almost feels like a charlie horse but it's been for 2 days now. Please help I do not know what to do.
