Has anyone out there heard of anyone that does not do well on any thyroid medications? I feel like I am one of these unlucky people. Even though the medication is doing what it is supposed to do as far as bring my Tsh into the " normal " range I still feel amazingly horrible. My whole body is sore and my stomach and intestines feel like they aren't working properly and now I am going to get a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.

TSH, but we often see that TSH is not really indicative of thyroid status.. Do you know if you have an autoimmune thyroid disease? If so, which one? Symptoms are always most important, so if you truly have none (have you checked out the symptoms list for hypothyroidism? There are some we'd never expect), you might be okay watching, but I'd really want to see an FT3 and know whether or not you have thyroid antibodies.
