Most of here are thyroid patients. Many of us are overweight, including myself and I'm also hypothyroid.
I'm sorry, we don't offer a full diet chart. We advocate eating a healthy diet, consisting of fruits, veggies, lean meats, unrefined grains, low/no fat dairy and of course watch the portion sizes. Some advocate eliminating grains and/or dairy, but I feel that if you don't have an allergy, intolerance or sensitivity to them, they are an important part of a balanced diet.
