When serum bilirubin increases and secretion of urine bilirubin is out of balance, jaundice starts to show up. The degree of jaundice can be described from golden yellow, yellowish green, dark brown to deep dark green. This degree of change is related to the advancement of liver disease, which is also indicated when the urine turns to be dark brown, and at the same time, stools become pale and sometimes clay color.

my 6 year old is throwing up (sometime projectile) and complains of pain in his stomach for 4 days. Eating BRAT diet but still throws up. No food particles coming up - only fluid that is green and cloudy. Once he throws up, he is fine. Have him on 15 mg. Lansoprazole. No fever, stool is normal (no diarhea).
I'm 22 years old and a smoker (not sure if that matters) but for awhile now (a year or so) i will throw up what I'm guessing is bile. it is lime green in color and comes out very "watery" and "mucus" like. It happens right when i wake up and take a shower. after i brush my teeth i get extremely nauseous and throw this "substance" up, it last all of about 10 min. I feel fine before and after.
I'm 25 weeks, I haven't had morning sickness since December. Yesterday I came home from work throwing up so at first I didn't think any of it because I'm pregnant. This was at 8 pm. anyway, about 3 hours later I found myself running to the bathroom again and spewed a second time on a still empty stomach, but this time instead the bright yellow bile, it was very faint yellow with green flake like things?!?!?!? Does anyone know what that was?? Im abit concered! (Although on the brighter side of things I feel much better!
t anything it was just that disgusting yellow bile. Since 11pm last night I have thrown up 6 times all of it being the bile. I cannot hold anything down. I had just a small drink of water and seconds later I had to rush to the bathroom. I don't know if this is pregnancy related or am I sick. I'm 9 weeks and haven't got sick before just nausea. I don't know if I should call doctor or just see if it passes. I also have a horrible headache that's not going away.
And I drink water but it comes right back up too and then I puke yellow and green ish fluid.
My 8 month shih tzu has been throwing up bright yellow bile every other day. Sometimes he throws up in the middle of the night, but most of the time it is between 10 and 3 in the afternoon. We have recently switched his food from beneful (which his old owners had him on) to Innova Evo with chicken. I have read that this is caused by an empty stomach. He eats twice a day, and most times when he throws up he has food down, he just isnt eating it. But he seems to enjoy the food when he eats it.
A couple of days ago i woke up really sick. Throwing up yellow bile all day. No matter what i ate i threw up with the bile at the end. I haven't experienced any bleeding. I do have a slight discharge it isn't yellow, green, or itchy it's like it's just there. I'm not in any type of pain or anything. Could this mean that I'm about to have a miscarriage? Huny prly blood and bile. that happened to me as well. I was very sick my first pregnancy. I had hyperemesis gravidarum. Excessive vomiting. I couldnt even keep water down absolutely nothing. Eventually I started having brownish sruff come up with the bile. After a few days my husband took me to er amd I waa admitted and stayed for 2 days bc I was terribly dehydrated etc. I was put on iv zofran and had to take it rest of pregnancy o never got better still puking the day I had my son.
Hello! my girlfriend started voming after a bowel movement around 1pm. she has been throwing up everything she's tried to drink or eat (gatoraide, water, saltines, ginger ale, sprite). she also has been sitting in the tub with hot water for most of the day since it started happening. when she gets out she says she is way to cold and her skin hurts extremely bad, the hot water seems to calm her down.

You should first know I've had Gastro problems for the last 10-12 years of my life. I'm 43 year old female. Had my gall bladder removed 3 years ago after a severe attack. I felt "better" for a while but then started having gastro problems again. The problems have intensified and now there are times I can't function properly. I've always had problems with constipation then I have bouts of diarrhea.
you might advise her to get her gallbladder checked out. Vomiting bile (can be yellow colored or green) is sometimes not a cause for concern, as if her stomach was empty when she threw up....this would be the reason for bile to come up. Like I said, if all is fine now...no more issues, Id say she is ok....but if it starts happeneing on a normal occasion, might check it out to be safe.
So I'm 16 weeks and I keep throwing up this yellow stuff which I researched and is called bile an intestinal fluid. The reason being is because I don't seem to be eating enough but thing is I do. Can anyone give me any remedies or antidote!!
It's your stomach acid, and like the above said it's from your tummy being empty.it happened to me every single day until 17w. Try to eat right when you wake up and ask your dr about nausea medicine.
