I discarded the pumpkin but where the event occured, right by my front door step, a pumpkin seed survived and is now growing a luscious pumpkin plant. At first I was thrilled---------- how cool to grow my own pumpkins! It must be the absolute perfect spot as that plant is growing BIG and there are lots of flowers and pumpkins starting on it. Here is my question . . . well, it is taking over.

Tbd Shelled and salted pumpkin seeds, shelled and salted sunflower seeds. Nuts are good, just need to watch the quantity consumed. Make sure you check the packaging, because some bean products, lentil chips, etc. that you would think are high in fiber, actually don't have enough fiber to justify consuming them.

I went to have a bowel movement a day or two later and the sharp seeds got stuck in my anus. I was in severe pain. First trip to outpatient ER clinic they diagnosed me with constipation and gave me two suppositories to take home with lactulose which did nothing!! Symptoms of a lack of magnesium include: anxiety, restlessness, numbness and tingling, spasms, and zaps or vibrations. My first major attack of TMJ I didn't realized changes should be permanent and when I went back to feeling normal, I ate a lot of walnuts and pumpkin seeds & wound up in chronic TMJ pain.

You can try pumpkin butter or apple butter to dip your veggies in they have a good source of protein to keep hunger away also. You can also try turning your veggies into a smoothie in the morning or afternoon add some fruit, hemp seed protein, avocado and coconut oil and blend with coconut water or coconut milk or pineapple juice.
