, they've given up coffee, alcohol, smoke.... anything that may harm them...... That to me speaks more than 1000 words on how a real mother should be.... Now, coffee is not as bad as alcohol/drugs.... (note that). With that said, yes, we've struggled, and like I said: therefore we have a VERY different perspective of pregnancy... and the miracle growing in our wombs... so now we cherish and are RESPONSIBLE enough to carry our miracle to term and beyond.... Call me mean, judgamental...
Also, if he's on such a high dose of PPI, shouldn't it be taking all of his/pain discomfort away? He sleeps elevated on a foam wedge, and I feed him frequent small meals. I'm doing everything that one can do, but he's still so uncomfortable. What is he feeling? Is this a sign that the PPI really isn't working that well? Should I combine the prevacid with an H2 blocker? mylanta? Any suggestions would be so helpful.
If you are sweating, shaking, and throwing up white foam any time you eat or drink, you may want to go to an Urgent Care Clinic. You are experiencing some withdrawal symptoms from going cold turkey off the Xanax, but you were not on a dose high enough to be concerned about seizures, which would have already happened. The Urgent Care Clinic may give you enough pills to get you through until you can get a refill, if, as you say, that was only about 4 days.
It’s about a 4 – 7 inch radio directly up and down when I get on the foam roller and it does hurt; but only in the morning or if I get on the foam roller in that exact position. As I am typing this there is no pain in my back. Just wanted to update everyone. I hope someone knows what this is. I will be going to an orthopedic doctor soon but I am guessing that he will not be able to conclude anything either. Just seems sad. Please comment with any help or guidance.
If I set in a chair it makes my legs hurt to have pressure pushing on the back side of my legs so I keep my knees up high. If I need to have a BM it makes my legs hurt terrible then after I us the restroom it is instant pain relief. When I sleep at night my legs hurt so bad it wakes me up. I can get out of bed and walk around for a few minutes the pain goes away then I go back to sleep again.
A dash or two of red pepper flakes perks this up.
Still was too scared to drink alcohol. Will probably neer drink alcohol again. Was never big into it to begin with. Never tried any drugs my entire life. Wasn't in any of the risk groups. No tats, no piercings (beyond ears), no sharing of razors, et cetera. So I thought, "What the hell?" I never participated in any risky behaviors that would have led to me becoming infected. I'll never drink again. I'm here with my husband. I'm a grown woman.
Instead, the Macrophage dies, and when it dies it becomes a sack of fat from the LDL with some mopped up rubbish, a foam cell. Other Macrophages attempt to gobble them up, but these too become damaged and the whole process continues, growing vulnerable plaque. If they figure out why the damage to the Macrophages is occurring, then they will hopefully be able to find a way to prevent it. This would let our Macrophages get rid of all the foam cells in the arteries.
The first time was understandable because I had consumed quite a bit the night before, the next weekend I vomited violently after consuming only a 6pack, and then yesterday I was throwing up again after a night out of drinking beer. It cant be an allergy to yeast or glutan because I eat alot of bread and pasta without any problems. I dont know what it is, if anyone has any other ideas, help me out. I love beer and would prefer not to give it up.
For the past few weeks I have been throwing around ideas as to the best way to respond to this matter. You see a recent article ( Feb.3 , 2009 NY times) titled "Best treatment for TMJ May be Nothing" nearly made me clench my jaw to pieces. While well written, I found that the author, Ms. Brody, relied heavily on out dated and narrow perspective supplied to her by a small group of dentists.
i drink 1 large strong cup of coffee a day and some water, no alcohol. im considering giving it up in a vain attempt to rehydrate. any ideas that may help? im desperate!!!
I wonder if there is some way that the foam padding could be responsibe even though t doesn't touch the skin directly. I think this could be true because the bra that I bought was lined in the same material as the straps and the straps did not cause a reaction- only the cups!!!
Keith, day 1 to me is the withdraw part when your body is screaming and you are cramping and sweating and throwing up on both ends This is day 1. The hard part of this battle in the beginning is you always say if I can just get through the way my body is trembling. well that passes and it does But then The mental part starts and for me Thats when the real works begins.
It doenst matter where or how i lay down from that point on, the pain is constant until i stand up. once im up, no problems, infact, i don't feel it at all the entire day or even when i fall asleep. When i go to sleep, i hope that i can pass out before the pain starts again. Additionally, i have been lifting for about 2 years and never had any back problems until this past Monday. Nothing physically traumatic or anything that would give me a reason for why i have this weird pain.
It would hurt the worst in the morning but I get up and walk. Once I had walked that was it for a while. I would have to take pain meds 30 minutes prior to getting up. I have moderate to severe DDD and Facet Syndrome.
Just wanted to let people know that the word that seems to be blanked out in my previous post is not a swear word or anything close to it, and I have no idea why it's being censored. The word is what a vacuum cleaner does to pick up a mess. So instead of using that word, which we apparently can't say, I'll replace it by saying "It's not fun!
When I moved from my apartment of 8 years, where they had both lived since kittens, into a house in the country, Mittens began licking her front legs and throwing up hairballs and then would throw up white foam and couldn't stop throwing up this white foam. I had made many trips to the vet, many tests (xrays, blood work, etc.) and nothing wrong with her. She would have to get Reglin shots (pharmaceutical that blocks something in the brain that tells them they really don't have to get sick).
My phantom odor smells like an ashtray. I keep thinking maybe someone is putting their cigarettes out nearby and I'm just not seeing it - but it's happening both at work and at home. Should I be worried?
For the last 6 or so weeks, i've been throwing up every morning, nauseated, headachey, and gag when my stomach is empty. I feel terrible, sleeping all the time, and when i'm not i'm exhausted. i went into the ER a couple of weeks ago, because the possibility of pregnancy is there and my husband and i have been trying, it's hot and i don't want to be sick and not be able to keep anything down if there's a child growing inside of me.
Cancer, MS, Liver has enlarged to reach into my left ribcage and is pressing up against my stomach. So I have liver issues. Have had for many years. Now I have a Friend whos Mother is in final stage liver failure. This is a recently reunited bio-adoptive family with only 18 months with their Mother before her kidneys then liver failed on the 13th of this month. She was sent home to Hospice Care the 16th. She is a diabetic added to list.
I have had these symptoms for just over 4 years. We recently moved to the area and lived in our home for about a year and a half. They randomly appear and I honestly have no idea what triggers them. I have seen multiple dermatologist, who have run a plethora of blood test - all inconclusive. I have tried many creams, nothing that really helps. I have seen an allergist and even subjected myself to the food and pollen allergy panel of tests.
One more thing- it may or may not be related but yesterday morning I woke up with a dry, red, sore patch of skin around the left corner of my mouth. When covered up with makeup, it's not so bad, but still notciable and sometimes itchy. I put on some E45 cream today, as I thought this would help, but I think it made it worse as it started stinging and burning almost immediatley. I never had this before, only since the problem has returned to my eyelids. Related, perhaps?
), from my throat into a burp in days leading up to this morning. I eat alot of spicy foods, drink coffee, and consume alcohol regularly, so i think it might have to do with these foods that trigger my stomach to want to throw it up but instead end up having a hard stool followed by liquidy diarrhea along with POURING sweat... does everyone here eat the foods and liquids i mentioned as part a a regular diet? just wondering...
I don't have a lot of faith in MD's right now. Anyone out there have any input? Can the liver be screwed up for this long and still avoid being detected? Can inflamation be detected by ultrasound? It feels like it's burning, not like heartburn, but a firey sensation...hard to describe. Someone, please help me settle my fly away brain...thanks.
my eye doctor told me it was due to mild allergies and prescribed eye drops which didnt help in the least so i turned to over the counter allergy medicine which hasn't helped either (so i dont think it's allergies) and in the last 3 weeks not only are my eyelids itchy but when i wake up in the morning my upper eye lids are bright red and swelled up so bad that its embarassing!!!!
I have had a total hysterectomy, so that is NOT an issue... About once a year, I end up in the hospital, very sick - throwing up uncontrollably. Was just in the hospital in July for a week... And they can never figure out what is going on..?! This is driving me nuts. Some of the MDs have suggested that I am just depressed - which is somewhat true -- as time goes by without a diagnosis - I do get discouraged... Any suggestions?????
in slowly after you heat the water and put the teabag in as it will foam way up. Oatstraw tea will quell the disturbances in your heart rate such as palpitations and the tachycardia will diminish or disappear. You can use two bags to begin with. The mag. helps with this also. Try it as it really helped me. Since I started on this I haven't had any strange beats or fast beats.
My doctor is also clueless and could only come up with possible deep vein thrombosis but the physical exam didn't sync up. Read up on magnesium and calcium deficiencies - it all made perfect sense when I read about it because magnesium is vital for muscular health and can't be absorbed without calcium so they're both linked. If nothing else give it a try and see if it works for you all as it did for me. Good luck!
