s completely natural to feel that way. I was nauseous as well the first 3 months with this pregnancy! But fortunately never threw up. With my first, I only felt nauseous for about a week or 2, and threw up once. :( But for most ppl, it goes away after the first trimester, if not sooner. You can drink hot tea with ginger already in it, or what I recommend, is to put a tiny slice of raw ginger in it for a few minutes. Once your doctor confirms your pregnancy you'll most likely be referred to an obgyn or midwife and they will see you around 12 weeks most likely. You should start taking a prenatal vitamin, if you get some with iron in them they may cause an upset stomach so keep an eye out for that.
