I would exercise all day, eat nothing, and eat a huge meal at night/then puke it back up
. It was a tough time that
lasted for about 3 months or so, but i eventually moved on. I noticed that on my first week of recovery, i had some odd digestive symptoms that i had noticed somewhat even when i was throwing all my food up. Anyways, i would eat 3 normal meals a day, but it was VERY hard.
