throwing up blood no reason

This morning (25th of July) I woke up and ended up throwing up about 15 minutes afterwards. All I threw up was water as that was all I had eaten so far that day. I have no idea why I keep getting sick and I’m getting quite fed up. Do I just keep getting unlucky or is there something I should be worried about? For information: I am an 18 year old female.

I don't know why I have been throwing up. I feel no pain in abdomen, no fever or chills. I get a little nauseous just before I'm about to throw up, I throw up and I'm fine. I don't know what sets it off, but I'm scared to eat.

Is your throat raw? Have you been throwing up a lot? Either way I'd tell your doctor, if you're throwing up that much that your throat is raw you should probably get checked out!

I've thrown up streaks of blood before but this morning I threw up stomach bile and then just straight blood. Is that normal?

Hello, I'm a 26 year old male. I consider myself to be a moderate drinker. I work from 8 to 5 so a typical day I might have a couple glasses of wine (about 12-16 ounces) with dinner( I eat really healthy). On average, I might have a long island (for example) a few nights a week (on weekends & maybe one night a week). Today, Sunday, I had a mixed drink around 2 pm with maybe 2 ounces of Vodka with 6 ounces Orange Juice.

Last year I went through a period where I was throwing up alot (daily) and I noticed it was sometimes black too. And then one night I started throwing up blood - bright red, I threw up about a litre (I was very alarmed!) My partner took me to the ER. I threw up another litre as they were admitting me - they took my hemoglobin and they were alarmed at how low it was. Within 15 minutes of walking into the ER I was having an emergaency blood transfusion.

Well i didnt go to the hospital because it wasnt a whole lot and it didnt continue the next day i figured it was from throwing up too much since iv been throwing up everyday and iv never thrown up so much before i will be talking to my doctor about it. If you're throwing up blood you probably need to go to the hospital. You're probably dehydrated hun. I threw up everyday at least 2 times until I was 28 weeks, and was in the hospital 5 times for dehydration. Dehydration can lead to preterm labor, which is no good at 23 weeks. If you don't want to go in right away I'd call your dr and see what they say to do.

He begs for food all the time and we cannot leave food out on the counter as he is (dumpster diving) here in the kitchen. I am very concerned about the throwing up. Do you think this will end eventually?

Well i have been throwing up a lot these past weeks and he said i could of broke a blood vessel and that's why it happened.

Ive nvr heard of ppl throwing up blood from a UTI. Ive heard of peeing out blood but thats a whole different story. Id call my doctor and be seen for a 2nd opinion hun.

Hi I'm 14 and for some reason have been throwing up after breakfast and not being able to keep food down in the morning. They took out 1/2 of my stomach, due to it was lack of blood flow and part of it died. I have been throwing up sence the surgery. I am still throwing up. I throw up at least 3 or 4 times a day. You need to talk to a therapist to figure out WHY you are afraid of throwing up..........and trust me, there IS a reason and once you figure out what that reason is, you and your therapist and your parents can work on overcoming it. You're obviously an intelligent young person since you wrote to us for advice, so I have no doubt whatsoever that you will be able to beat this.
