in a day. The recommendation is 2-3 eggs
a week. Some foods can give us an "after
taste" after eating
. This maybe what is happening to you with the eggs
. Everyone is different in how they tolerate foods. I suggest you only eat 2-3 eggs
a week and eat meat (chicken, fish, turkey, loin of pork) or non-meat products (soy milk, low fat yogurt, tofu, rice and beans) for protein sources.
