Neck which may due to throat pain as per doctor said..at the same time before 3months I did a mistake that is licking a lady nipple for few minutes..so I thought, am at the risk of HIV.so I took rapid test after 9weeks of possible exposure..but the test result came as negative..
I have throat and tongue irritation whenever I smoke even a few cigarettes e.g. even 1-2 cigarettes for 4-5 days leads to the irritation which takes about 3-4 days to heal. It starts again even if I smoke one cigarette a few days later. But after 2-3 weeks it heals completely and I can smoke 1-2 cigarettes once in a while e.g. every other week or so. But after sometime I enter the same cycle again.
It could most probably be tonsillitis and a throat infection. Throat pain, difficulty swallowing, fever, scratchiness in the throat, post nasal drip, malaise and loss of appetite are symptoms of tonsillitis. It can be caused by bacteria like streptococcus or it could be a viral infection. Bacterial infections need antibiotics. Consult your primary care physician who will do blood tests and take a throat swab to determine the cause and prescribe appropriate medications.
Usually they can be seen on the tongue, inside the cheeks, under the tongue, and in the back of the throat. I suggest you to get an examination done from your doctor and get a KOH examination of the scrapings done of these white coatings.
Nystatin liquid is used by swishing a bit in your mouth several times a day and then swallowing the medicine. Throat lozenges containing antifungals can also be used. If the symptoms are severe then oral antifungals may be needed.
White patches are common in many throat infections. If you have sore throat and tonsillitis it may have contributed to it. In response to the infection the body produces soft white debris which collects in the tiny indentations in the tonsils called crypts. It could be due to sexually transmitted diseases also. Repeated salt water gargles will help. Mix one teaspoon of salt in 1 cup of warm water and ask your son to gargle.
I started taking tylenol and eating soup. My throat kept getting worse and I was feeling really sick. I also noticed small dots of white puss on my tonsils. Very mild sore throat, but not very noticeable. Took a week of Amoxicillin at 8th week for a week
the mild sore throat resolved, but the mild sore throat has come back. I have mild pain when i swallow, but it
is very mild pain.
Not yet had symptoms like Fever, Cough, Diarrhea, Malaise, etc.

Hello and thanks in advance for reading my story. I had a few episodes of mutual unprotected oral sex with my girlfriend and the last one was on the 12th of August 2014. Since then, I've been diagnosed with candida balanitis (penis) and I've been fighting with it since then - it comes and goes and so on, most likely due to a weak immune system.
three months now i tested almost ten times by p24 combo and elisa and all my result was Negative but i still very worried because there is Fungi in my tongue also skin rashes also Throat infections.....pls help me and explin to me what is going with me??? i am very scared........and tell me about pcr test......
Avoid contact with people suffering from throat infections. Diet which is well balanced with adequate proteins and non-refined carbohydrates with plenty of fruits and vegetables will build up your immunity.

For the last 4 weeks now I've suffered from a sore throat and now what looks like candida/ oral thrush . The first two weeks my symptoms were severe night sweats ,chills wheezing cough , sinus congestion, headache, very sore when swallowing [felt like I had swallowed razorblades] and white coating on my tongue . The second week I bought over the counter amoxicillin 500mg twice daily for 10 days standard medication for Strep throat .
