HI I HAD A SHOULDER CUFF INJURY IN FEBRUARY FOR THE SECOND TIME, I COULD DRIVE AND EVEN HIT THE GYM TILL THEN, AFTER THE SECOND TIME I GOT INJURIED I WAS TENSED N WAS THINKING ABUT THAT EACH TIME AND ONE DAY I DREW MY BIKE THAT IS IN FEBRAURY FROM THAT DAY MY NECK SEEMS TO BE STIFFED AND ALWAYS HEAR THE CRUNCHING NOISE I DIDNT GIVE REST, I TRAVELED EACH DAY BUT IT WAS IN THE PUBLIC VEHICLE, BUT MY NECK PAIN AND STIFFNESS EVEN GOT WORSE FOLLOWING THE SMALL LUMP THT IS NOT VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE
50 X0.49X0.42 cm in right lobe. What I am puzzled about is the chronic sore throat and neck pain/spasms by throut where nodule. PCP put me on Armour to see if I get any improvement with calming down spams. Other thought is maybe relux in my throat. Doing motility test on Wed.
I am ready to take the nodule out.

The allergists prescribed Zyrtec, nasonex and nexium and this course of treatment helped for a while but now the constant need to clear my throat is back. I also do the saline nostril rinse once a day as well and it helps for about thirty minutes then it is back to clearing my throat every few seconds. I am a 54 year old fairly healthy male. I request you to quit smoking as although you are not having any symptoms now,but chronic smoking can lead to serious health problems later on.

First it started with a little throat irratation, and that turned into swelling (hurts a little when i swallow) and i feel that my throat is swollen on both sides but on the outside i feel pain and a swollen little lump on the right side, which is more sore than the left. It hurts to turn my head and sometimes when i walk the pain from my neck goes into my right ear and right temple. I have not been dizzy, nor feeling nausea, but i have had regular diarrhea.
i live by myself and am on social security, i dont get to eat alot and like ten years ago my whole mouth and throat are just dry and uncomfortable. i smoke alot and legal tobacco from a pipe. the throat part is really bad. ill have to spit and alot of the times i have to vomit, i have a garbage next to me and can happen alot during the day, sometimes im gasping for breath and i get a headrush.

However (due to the constant throat aawareness), i have recently discovered a lump in my neck. I would say it is moderately sized but not huge (maybe .5 inches in diameter) and located deep within my neck as opposed to just underneath the skin. It is located on the right side of my neck about halfway between my jaw and collar bone. It feels as if it is attached to the actual underlying throat structure (larynx? ...forgive my ignorance regarding anatomy).
I was in so much pain had to lie down, when i did couldnt get up again. Went to docs and felt some numbness or lump in right hand side of neck, plus shoulder region pain. I have been for endoscopy to check throat, physio, chiropractor, acupunture, orthopaedic, three mri scans and finally to neurology hospital. They thought most recently I had a syrinx in my spine causing pain. Since I have been investgating recently, phrenic nerve damage hits the nail on the head. I have all the symptoms.
I'm a 16 year old female. I have what feels to be a 3 in. lump under the muscle of the right side of my neck that's been present for 2 years. It's in the middle of the side of my neck and slowly growing to the front of my neck. Doctors did an ultrasound plus blood work and saw nothing abnormal and said it's just me growing. There's no pain but it's uncomfortable and causes pressure on the inside my neck. Do you think it is from growing or something else?

Until today, my throat is still swollen, press on my neck can feel the pain. My armpit is still painful. And, 26/7 right groin feeling painful, left groin feeling little uncomfortable.
after throat swap discovered a gonorreah in throat and got a ceftrixon shot 1mg for 2 days and 7 days tarivid course..but lymph nodes still swollen in neck!!
did a combo test after 1 week, 4 week days plus Hiv1 RNA PCR..all negative.
i was taking seretide and and oxis along with pulmicort for asthma when need for along time when needed.
does that affect my combo test results ?
I came in to treat my throat, it was slightly painful and scratchy especially upon waking up, and it was like this for the past two or three months prior. I also noticed that I had lymph nodes around my neck that were swelling up. She prescribed me 10 day's worth of Penicillin after finding that I had a small amount of strep throat, and she also noticed I was running a slight fever and she said I was either recovering from being sick, or about to be sick.
