the best way to pull yourself out of it is to inhale
for 8
seconds then exhale
for 8
seconds and that will pull you out of the panic attack very quickly. If it turns out that it is not a panic attack and the breathing exercise is not working, don't panic, try to pay attention to your environment to see if you can find the source of your allergic reaction, if that is what it is.
