Earlier this year i would feel tired and sleepy for no reason and now it comes and goes i work out and try and push myself. Im starting to think i have candida. As my rash improve a lot with itraconazole and fluconazole but not with terbinafine and griseofulvin, could we determinate what mycosis it is ?
How long after taking oral fluconazole I have to wait to do the tests ?

There are different types such as Candida albicans, Candida dubliensis, Candida tropicalis etc. Candida dubliensis is the most resistant one. I would see your doctor and ask for a different type of treatment for it. The Lamisil usually works.
As for the Staph it depends on what kind of staph whether it is important or not. So you need to find out which kind. Is it Staph epidermidis or Staph aureus. Ask them about that too.
Also wear cotton underwears and change them twice a day. and do not share other people’s towels.Application of local antifungal cream(terbinafine, clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, miconazole) and oral antifungal drugs are the mainstay of treatment.

FYI the strains that are resistant to the usual antibiotics for yeast are Candida glabrata, Candida prapsilosis, Candida tropicalis, and Candida krusei. Sometimes these can be resistant to the stronger anti-fungals as well. So are you bedridden for so long due to chronic fatigue or pain or both. What is going on there?

I have been tested negative for all STDs including herpes,and negative for BV (and all other related infections) and yeast. I have had abbraisons appear on the exterior of my vagina and big red spots on my exterior that lasted for a month and then went away. What could this be? What you have read is correct. You could discuss this finding with your doctor and get him to prescribe it for you. Since the treatment is long-term it is better to go with onr which is tolerated better by the body.

The terbinafine worked better than flucka, my groin infection stopped spreading and the skin started to feel normal again.Penis and scrotum got better too.I was also using a clotrimazole,neomycin,clobetasol combo topical cream.
But,whenever my groin becomes even mildly sweaty,I get a flaring infection the next morning, despite 3.5 weeks of terbinafine.

She's getting an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test, to rule out diabetes.
She should also be tested for Candida-her symptoms are consistent with Candida-, something that doctors don't usually look for. Beware that sometimes it's missed in their testing.
You may look into having her do a screening self-test for Candida.
