That can be just as bad. The problem with
that is, eventually you'll reach a point where you'll get frustrated with
the feeling that they aren't "doing anything" for you and you'll take more to get that feeling. You may a slight physical addiction at this time, but it will get much, much worse if you continue. My suggestion is to try to stop them altogether before it gets out of control for you. I'm sure you've read the posts here.
