t seem to be working for me.... after i stopped taking xanax... i was taking a pretty high dosage of valium... averaging... 10mg-30mg / night..... i realli need to sleep... so i started with 10mg valium then another 10mg, another... i think 35mg in total.... still can't sleep... i know this sounds very stupid of me.... and yes.. i think i have a serious addiction problem....and now i am still up.... btw, i am amazed at how fast ppl respond at this forum.. thanks for the support....
been taking Adderall valium and oxycodone for 12 years all drug tests have shown compliance. now I got a false
neg and cant get medicine when I took them as prescribed. what could cause that? tried cbd oil but nothing else, the blood test said I didn't take the valium and adderal and a small amt of oxycodone. I took them all that am . why is it wrong?
m not sure why a doctor would prescribe Valium to someone with narcolepsy - stimulants like Adderall can often leave someone feeling strung out, burnt out, and even more tired in the long run... versus something like Provigil (aka modafinil) which is non-narcotic and promotes awareness and wakefulness.

The question is can you live with the extra anxiety if the adderall is really helping you? The problem with taking an upper (adderall) and a downer (ativan) together is that they will counter act against each other and neither one will be as effective in your system. You said that you were just diagnosed? Is this your first add medication? You may want to consider trying a different one if the adderall continues to give you problems.
I have a love/hate realationship with the Adderall. Although I am prescribed 20 mg Adderall XR 3 times a day, I never take all 3 pills a day. Right now I am down to 1 pill a day. I love the fact that the Adderall gives me energy but I hate that after a few days of taking it I feel physically exhausted. Well, see when I switched from Concerta to Adderall, I just stopped the Concerta and went to taking the Adderall XR. After a few months the XR did not seem to work very long or throughout the day. So, in 2007, I went on Adderall short acting pill form which generic form is amphetamine salts or amphetamine mix tabs. With this pill, first of all, it is extremely inexpensive. I pay $30 for 180 tabs 20 mg each. I cut each in half and take each half 4 times a day a total of 40mg.
m just wondering how long you had or have been on Adderall. A lot of your symptoms are consistent with taking Adderall, especially on 80mg. I took Adderall and after two weeks I was paranoid, thought people were talking about me, police following me, depressed and anxious to the max!! After I stopped it the symptoms slowing got better. My best friend was diagnosed by her primary care physician as being ADD a few months ago. She is 46 yrs old. He put her on a low dosage of Straterra at first but after 2 weeks the side effects required a change in medication. He put her on a low dosage of Adderall (18mgs per day). She also takes 450 mgs of Wellbutrin a day for depression and 100 mgs of Topamax for migraines. Add to that the fact that she drinks a few glasses of wine every night and you have quite a cocktail.
Vyvanse is not a good medicine for people with high blood pressure and you might talk with your doctor and see if there are alternatives. Beta blockers do antagonize the effects of vyvanse. Maybe a calcium channel blocker or an ACE inhibitor would be better--but first check and see if Vyvanse is a must for you.
HAS ME ON (4) 30 MG ROXYCODONE DAILY , 50 MG FETYNAL PATCH EVERY 3 DAYS, AND (3) 10 MG VALIUM DAILY. I FAILED MY DRUG TEST SO I AM SURE I WILL BE KICKED OUT. ANY ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO? I KNOW I SHOULDN'T HAVE FAILED BUT I DID. I DON'T WANT TO DIE THOUGH, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

If so, you are not helping yourself with taking these above medications with alcohol, if we are speaking about a glass of wine or a beer
it's not the greatest choice but not all is lost.
If you speaking about drinking frequently then you are not only not helping yourself but you are putting your mental and physical health in danger.
Please don't do that to yourself, surely your aim for taking medication is to get well, not the exact opposite.
If I could I would go cold turkey from zoloft so I could go right back to taking the adderall. Adderall is the only thing that has EVER made me feel good and like I had the chance at a normal life. It may sound overly dramatic, but it's the only thing that ever gave me even hope. It really felt like a miracle to me and I hope it has the same effect on you. You sound so much like you have felt the way I have, so it wouldn't surprise me if it had the same effect on you.
I am 22 years old, I was diagnosed with ADD then ADHD as a child. I quit taking Ritalin and Concerta after Elementary school if not before. I am in College now and my little brother(18) had 30 mg Adderall. So I asked him if I could take one every Tuesday and Thursday before class. So last Thursday 2/11/10 was the very first pill I took.And gah did I feel great, I was focused in on my classes etc.
