I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K. I'm 56 years old. Any suggestions?

Other medications are metformin 500mg twice daily, Lisinopril 40mg(morning), Trazodone 50. Recently I take tadalafil 10mg and my blood sugar goes very low. t know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view?
