tadalafil side effects

Hi, Tadalafil (Cialis) has had a few side effects with long-term use, but these have not been conclusively attributed to the drug. Headaches, indigestion, back and muscle pains, etc., have been considered the minor side effects of this drug. Longer-term use can cause vision impairment due to optic neuropathy and has also been reported to cause sudden deafness. Further studies regarding the long-term use of this drug are underway and are yet to be conclusively reported upon.

In clinical studies, Viagra caused muscle pain and paresthesia in less than 2% of patients. Patients who experience these side effects should stop taking the medication and consult their physician. These medications increase blood flow to the penis by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). The most common side effects of Viagra and the other PDE5 inhibitors are flushing and headache.

The PDE5 inhibitors sildenafil, vardenafil and tadalafil are competitive and reversible inhibitors of cGMP hydrolysis by the catalytic side of PDE5.

Other medications are metformin 500mg twice daily, Lisinopril 40mg(morning), Trazodone 50. Recently I take tadalafil 10mg and my blood sugar goes very low. I also tried 2.5mg daily at night, again my blood sugar goes very low. I wear a freestyle libre patch. What medications are interacts with tadalafil? Is Viagra will be safe for me?

I have now have tried all the usual tablets (Viagra, Levitra, Tadalafil although not Spedra - yet). Tadalafil seems to work best although even that doesn't facilitate an erection sufficient for intercourse. So, looking for alternatives, I discovered alprostadil.

My husband takes cialis/Tadalafil, I know what it is used for but he is telling me this pill helps with swelling in his feet and legs, Is this true?

I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K. I'm 56 years old. Any suggestions?

I will do that it seems the higher dose has created this and I'm not on anything else.

Many AD's have side effects that affect the libido, guess it applies to both sex es. As far as I know all AD's have this drastic effect . Hopefully you'll find one that's OK for you . Good luck.

Does anyone know of any side effects from using the circulation booster. I have the opportunity to buy a second hand one, but my brother believes it can't be good for your muscles to zap them so to speak, like it will confuse your muscles.

Hi. I am on week 60/72, second round of treatment. I was really really sick after shot for first few months and then this resolved and became tolerable at least. I now find that I am having these same significant side effects later in tx. This didn't happen last round, but I went 48 then. Anyone else have this happen?

i had similar side effects when coming off the depo shot. I thought i was pregnant and took 3 tests. they went away but it took about 6mo. My docs checked my hormones and pituitary gland and they we all fine. It's probably not the effexor but ck w/ your doc anyway.

I just googled Avastin side effects are there are many sites that have lots of info on there. Also, you could google the manufacturer or ask your oncology center for some fact sheets.... Just a thought.

Cancer removed May 22, 2007, chemo July 2nd through October 8, 2007, and radiation on left breast November 2nd through December 26, 2008. I have been prescribed Acebutolol for PVC's and I am literally exhausted since beginning this medication but I didn't see that as one of the side effects. Also, my vision is blurred. Is this normal?

I am also a breast cancer survivor, however as I am triple negative, the hormonal drugs are not effective for me so unfortunately I cant speak from experience. However, that doesn't mean that I cant find out some interesting information for you in relation to libido and Arimidex.

He had a third seizure there and the vet diagnosed epilepsy. He is on phenobarbitol and had no side effects until last night when he vomited and started head twitching. He is drooling a lot and a bit wobbly. Is this typical? Will it stop ?

Has anybody gotten a stuffy head and "funny feeling" eyes as a side effect from SSRI's. I have had these side effects before but they went away after a month or so. I'm on Celexa and this stuffy feeling(like you are coming down with a cold) seems to be sticking with me. The med is working well except for this uncomfortable feeling in and around my eyes.
