Regular eating is a must to have regular bowel movements
- Take enough fluid along with
the food. Plain water, tea, orange
(lemon, grapefruit) or banana juice
should be OK. Avoid alcohol, carbonated drinks, especially those sweetened with HFCS or sorbitol.
- Be physically active, have a walk evry now and then
To prevent bloating, try this:
- Do not eat any fruits for 2-3 days, especially avoid plums, prunes, peaches, grapes, cherries and any dried fruits. Avoid foods with sorbitol or HFCS.
