synthroid

327369 tn?1326119908 what was your experience and how did it make you feel? Also, if you were on synthroid and then Tirosent.....were there differences you noted? Thinking about trying it and did not do weel with Synthroid last time (anxiety, excessive bloating, etc.) Thoughts?
Avatar m tn I'm currently taking Levoxyl 50 mcg after being on Synthroid for years. It's been 3 months but I feel like I have worst symptoms. 50mcg Levoxyl 5.18.2016 1.22 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum010389 2.7 2.0-4.4 pg/mL T4,Free(Direct)019745 1.55 0.82-1.77 ng/dL 50 mcg Synthroid 2.26.2016 TSH004264 2.34 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum010389 2.6 2.0-4.4 pg/mL T4,Free(Direct)019745 1.4 0.82-1.
Avatar m tn Synthroid seems to be getting bad criticism by many users, is there anyone having positive results using Synthroid? Also Cytomel? or use both?
Avatar n tn Hi Folks, A friend of mine said this was a huge help so fingers crossed. I've had two sets of lab results done within the last couple of months. The first was when I was taking .125 of Synthroid and the results were 'awful' according to my doctor. The second was when I was taking .1375 of Synthroid which my doctor said looked 'great' but of course I still have symptoms. The biggest of which is back pain, anxiety (taking Cymbalta), and slugishness.
Avatar f tn I am on synthroid and cytomel. I take some other vitamins 6 to 8 hours later. I would like to take a calcium supplement. I know I have to wait at least 4 hours after the synthroid and cytomel, but does introducing calcium supplementation change thyroid levels. Should I get retested in 6 weeks. I thought I read somewhere that calcium stay in th e blood an could change thyroid levels regardless of when you take it. Also, anyone try Maca or l-tyrosine?
Avatar f tn Hi, Unfortunately I do not have an answer for you, only some suggestions. Did you try to take any vitamins, like the Bs, vitamin C, multi? I use to take Levothyroxine before, that's mostly T4, then I switched to Armour, that's mostly T3, now I take a combination of 75mcg of Synthroid and 60mcg or Armour and so far so good. Maybe a combination of the two can help you. You should ask the doctor.
581310 tn?1253029550 I think I am finally getting back to my old self. For all the Armour users if you are having issues with the new formula of Armour consider the natur-throid it works very well. I was also diagnosed with a B12 defiency this week so I started taking a supplement that can be taking subligually so hopefully that will help with my energy level also.
Avatar n tn You can only take calcium vitamins or products containing calcium either 4 hours before taking synthroid or 4 hours after taking synthroid as the calcium will block the synthroid from absorbing.
Avatar f tn I guess the only way to know for sure, is to try it. Has anyone made a lateral switch from Synthroid to Tirosint, meaning taking 100 mcg Synthroid one day and 100 mcg Tirosint the next? Thanks again for your time....
Avatar n tn How many times did you read telling you that you never had an exposure?
Avatar f tn I'm all new to this just started Clomid and just a bit confused if Clomid users ovulate at the same time none users do , as I'm goin use a ovulation calender to keep an eye on my best days !
Avatar f tn if you want long term treatment for panic/anxiety klonopin would be your best benzo choice. valium, does work for anxiety but does not have the anti-panic properties of klonopin. i would stay away from the shorter acting benzo's like xanax and ativan. they work and work well for a few months then tolerance becomes an issue, then they stop working after awhile and then withdrawl is tuff. klonopin has a longer half life and is longer acting.
144210 tn?1273088782 Stopped taking B12, Folic Acid, and B6 for a few days to see if that helps. Wondering if Alinia users are experiencing this. Have not heard much on Alinia in awhile. Does anyone have some input?
