I noticed that the foreskin had swollen slightly over the top side of the glans shortly after I masturbated. It didn't cause any pain, and felt like a buildup of fluid, so I assumed I went too rough on the poor guy and it was swelling due to irritation.
The swelling went down considerably by the next morning, but after sitting on the toilet, I found it had become even more swollen than before.
The head of my penis has felt irritated for nearly two months to varying degrees. No other symptoms beyond irritation, redness under the foreskin, and occasional burning during urination. I had unprotected sex in early July and have since had an STI screening for everything except herpes, which my doctor tells me would have become obvious long ago. A second doctor told me it looked like I had balanitis, to which I was given some over the counter cream that alleviated the feelings.
Today I made a fake vagina and after I used it, around the top of my foreskin was red and swollen. I think this happened because my foreskin was rubbing agaist the walls of the fake vagina. So I was thinking that in the future if I had sex, I would always get a swollen foreskin. I am circumcised and everytime i masterbate I avoid touching my foreskin as much becuase it feels too sensitive and exposed. Suggestions? And how do I let the swelling end?

s been a week and my symptoms improved but have not gone away. The red/swollen meatus is still there and there is still a little redness in my foreskin (the part is located near the opening when folded over when flacid).
Basically the consistent symptoms are the meatus/urethra, while the skin problems seem intermittent as they respond to cream.
i did not bring any condom so i did not have any penetration, no oral sex as well but she did a manual masturbation on my genital. i am 17 and pulled back my foreskin, it has been almost a week and the selling hasnt gone down at all and i cannot push my foreskin back to normal. It has swollen a great amount (about 3/4 of an inch) but isnt swelling any more. There is little pain now when nott errected but great pain when it is. Will the swelling ever go down? Will i have to see a doctor and possible surgery?
ive had it for about 3 years, it comes and goes, it causes pain when squeezed, its unmovable and always occurs at the same spot, it forms a line/ridge under my penis head. i am worried and dont know what it is or how to fix it.. you can see the veins go under it, and its white and hard when squeezed... it almost feels like cartilage...
t retracted, I can see that a bit of my prepuce is higher than the other part, because the foreskin is swollen. In addition, retracting the foreskin and the vice versa is a little bit harder now, but almost painless.
What do you think ? Is it a STD ? What should I currently do ? I need advice, please.

s bigger on one side. (the right) I was wondering if this is unormal and if so, could it be swollen or a lump? Could this be penile cancer or anything serious? I have phimosis so I can't retract it to see what it is. I don't know if it's always been that size and I payed too much attention to my penis or if it just devolved something underneath. My penis also looks a little uneven when in flaccid. It looks kind of lobsided, it looks more normal when I have an erection though.
re not circumcised so that may be the problem. Do you have any problems with your foreskin, is it very tight? If so, it could be causing constant irritation to your urethra when you pull the foreskin back.
the top of my foreskin is swollen a bit and it looks like theres puss on in it, i think it could be like that because i dont clean under my foreskin or it could be from the body wash i used. my husbands foreskin was swollen over the top of the head of his penis. The only way to describe what it looked like, is if you look at how your lips look when you make a fish face (i know it sounds foolish) . however it's swollen not only top and bottom like fish lips but all the way around. the inside part of the foreskin is swollen outside of the outer layer of skin.
So a few days ago i got a strange yellow white bulb under my foreskin, it was about the size of a fingernail and was at the very end where the foreskin meets the glans, i gave it time and it popped and left a strange yellow pus, i washed my penis and cleaned it out making sure not to use any strange soaps and i pulled back my foreskin and the area around was sore and swollen.
