You have to buy an actual brush made for dry brushing, I got mine from amazon, and then you start at your
feet and brush in circular motions all over up to your heart.
During pregnancy I skip my stomach because the skin is too stretched and then and sensitive. It can feel a little I comfortable at first so if you do it, do it very lightly. Then the more you do it the harder you can press. It makes me feel great when I'm done!
