I think when I fall asleep (haven been to sleep since coming back from SC this morning) me eyes may swell up a bit and be heavy to open later! Any advise (short of seeing a doctor, which I will do if this does not resolve itself within reasonable time) you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks!

About 4 weeks ago I woke up with eyes very swollen as well as underneath the eyes. It's very red , inflamed and itchy too. I thought it was possibly an allergy, but found out it wasn't . I started with all new makeup so I know that isn't the problem, in fact I haven't been able to even wear it because it burns to have anything go near it. I take a generic form of synthroid .88 mcg. . I'm wondering if that may be the cause?
I used to wake up with severely swollen eyes after sleeping a lot. It was also accompanied by very red skin under my eyes, and then after the 2nd day, the skin around my eyes got dry like sandpaper & peeled a little. It's almost like I had a bad sunburn, same symptoms. This happened frequently when I used Ambien, I read that face rashes were a side effect so I stopped using it, the swelling stopped for months.
Now my eyelids a swelled very much so and my eyeballs itch as if I have cotton or sandpaper in my eyes. My eyes arent red just swollen and itchy. I do not have allergies and the eye doctor said that if my symptoms did not clear up to come back. Does anyone know by chance what it could be or what I can do for my symtoms? I have never had this problem and my symptoms are changing everyday and not in progressing towards clearing up. Help!
I have had a swollen clitoris for about one week. At first it was because I masturbated and it was a little swollen, then it gradually got bigger and bigger about the size of a couple of grapes. Moslty on one side of my clitoris. It is now very uncomfortable and accompanied by a yeast infection. I always get small yeast infections by my birth control pills (Errin) but now this is still swelling even more even after my doctor prescribed Diflucan yesterday.
My girlfriend dumped me and I would try going on dates but was so self conscious that I would be afraid to look people in the eyes because my eyes felt so swollen (even though I was told I look ok, I knew I didn’t) I was willing to try anything and everything at this point as I could not take it anymore. I started reading all of these things online and none really helped. I had a gauntlet of blood tests run that found nothing. I was hopeless.
I was at the beach on Sunday August 1st (3 days ago) and got some sunburn on my face. I have had worse and never experienced symptoms like this.... By The 3rd it looked like I had a dent between my eyes b/c my forehead was beginning to have about a 1 1/2 inch swolled area right in the middle. The next day my entire forehead was swelling to the point that my upper eye was swelling over my lower eye. I used cold compresses and Ibuprofen to try and reduce the swelling.

Every morning since tuesday I have woken up and my eyes have been swollen, but then I ice them and they go down for the day. I am trying to determine whether or not a sunburn can cause swollen nodes, because my wife got a sunburn and swollen nodes within the same day. I am trying to determine if these are due to her possibly having ARS or if the burn caused it. I do not have any noticably swollen nodes. Hope that clarifies, sorry for the confusion.
My husband for two months or more has been plagued by what started as peeling dry skin around one eye and has progressed to both eyes, red almost like sunburn, peeling, swollen "pockets" of edema under the eyes, and itching. The redness and dry skin have spread to cheeks and forehead and now looks like a butterfly rash from lupus, but not other lupus symptoms. He has had in the past two years another short lived and far less severe attack of this but during the winter.
Now it's Friday and my body is still bright red and my eyes and around my nose is very swollen. I've taken Benadryl and Claritin and the swelling's gone down very slightly. Here's my question...if I did have a shellfish reaction...how long can you have the reaction?
In the past week her eyelids are slightly swollen, skin is red on lids and around eyes, and is peeling and itchy. looks similar to a sunburn yet she has not been in the sun. She does have allergies and they do seem worse than ever this year but I am wondering if this could also be a side effect from coming off of the zoloft? She is currently on 50mg. Has been taking 10mg of laratadine for allergies and benadryl and ibuprofen to help with these "allergy" and pms symptoms.
the next day I was outside for a majority of the day and got moderate sunburn on my forehead and generally over my face. By the time yesterday came around I was having tingling sensations around my mouth, very dried out lips, tightness and drying on my skin and around my eyes but particularly around my mouth. Today the left side of my head was sore/swollen in my inner ear and throughout my jaw, and my left cheek was a bit swollen. I have had no flu like symptoms.
