By July 30th, 2008 (maybe a few days earlier) I developed a small quarter size rash on my right foot but this rash was nothing at all like the rash on my penis a few weeks earlier. Also by July 30th, 2008 I developed a severe sore throat, to the point were I was eating ice pops and drinking cold drinks regularly to reduce the irratation. By August 21th the rash had gone away, the sore throat was on and off and I was headed to the clinic again for my 30 day test. The results were negative.
I stopped PEP 3 days ago and the rash that looks like ars rash ( supposedly from sustiva) has not gone away. More importantly my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen, so much so its difficult to swallow.
I am going to go see a doc in Bangkok today. Now I'm really scared. If had the virus it most likely would surge after stopping arvs, causing the lymph node swelling.
My exposure was in SE Asia,after that exposure I developed almost every symptom... f.e. I developed a rash on my forehead around 4 weeks from exposure(I have never had a rash before in my life) and my girlfriend has the same rash now... What are the chances that this is only a coincidence... Slim I think!
Initially, a primary plaque, called a herald patch, is seen. Then it is followed by a distinctive, generalized rash 1-2 weeks later. The rash lasts approximately 2-6 weeks and is found in a Christmas tree pattern over the trunk and abdomen.

It's a good question you are asking -- and we can give you some comments, but the best thing to do would be to take your baby to an MD who specializes in Lyme disease for an evaluation. Many docs think they are experts in Lyme, but there is a split in the medical community that makes it difficult sometimes to find a Lyme doc with an open mind.

The rash looks to be going away. And in the picture it looks like its going away. Also, it was a little more red in the picture bout a week ago, not much tho. It doesnt hurt or itch.
Also, I have genital herpes. And before the rash I had a slight sore throat and a herpes outbreak. then towards the end of the rash which started yesterday after I went for a run I have a stomach ache that just kinda feels like a slight hang over, but usually resides when im busy or have ate recently.
Hi, I've had a rash on my torso now for months and after ignoring it for a long long time have finally gotten fed up and am ready to get rid of it. One problem. I don't know what it is. It is constant on my stomach, slightly below my armpits, wraps around below my armpits to a little on the outter part of my upper back, a little thin patch on my lower back and then tiny spots on the inside of my elbows.
Possbily a phytodermatitis(Plant induced).
I've had HIV for several years, luckily it was caught early. I started meds fairly soon after. I started Atripla in 2010. It got be undetectable quickly and has kept that way. I never had major bad side effects on it. I did have some crazy dreams and still do. After I was on it for a couple years, things began to slowly deteriorate. I began getting panic attacks, and bouts of tachycardia and palpitations. I had a history of those but it seemed to get worse.
So my girlfriend had a rash in february 2, 2017. She went to the ER on the same day. It's been more than a week and here is a picture (http://imgur.com/a/9g6nm) of her chicken pox. The big red dot is the chicken pox while the other red parts are the rash allegedly caused by a pill.

About half way though after a long walk (26km) I got an infection on either side of my foot. I assumed it was a friction rash, but when I came back the rash on the inside of my foot stayed for about another 8 weeks before disappearing (the picture). Then a couple of weeks later I got another similar rash on the outside of my foot which I have had for a month. Any idea what it is?
How big is small? Lyme Disease usually starts with a rash and it isn't always a bulls eye shape. Definitely take a picture of it and go see a doctor. Then, if it's gone when you get there, you can show him/her the picture. You definitely don't want Lyme Disease to go untreated. Believe me from personal experience, it's a nightmare.
For nearly the past 7 years i have had a horrible rash that comes on from from the current known causes
-heat
-anger
-speaking in front of many people
-being singled out
things i feel from this
-Very itchy
-feel warmer the normal
-lose a lot of concentration
now, the picture shown is WITH the medication zyrtec in my system. Without the medication the rash becomes hives and is much worse. Ive seen several doctors but they all seem to just make the similar thing happen.
I had a rash for 4 months. I should have taken a picture. My rash was thick raised, itched and covered my body from my neck to my ankles. I was miserable and scary looking but never on my face or hands. I tried everything that was out there nothing really worked, maybe a little bit of temporary relief. I didn't have the tiny dots. My husband had the dots on a small area of the upper part of his legs.
