sustiva rash

By July 30th, 2008 (maybe a few days earlier) I developed a small quarter size rash on my right foot but this rash was nothing at all like the rash on my penis a few weeks earlier. Also by July 30th, 2008 I developed a severe sore throat, to the point were I was eating ice pops and drinking cold drinks regularly to reduce the irratation. By August 21th the rash had gone away, the sore throat was on and off and I was headed to the clinic again for my 30 day test. The results were negative.

I stopped PEP 3 days ago and the rash that looks like ars rash ( supposedly from sustiva) has not gone away. More importantly my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen, so much so its difficult to swallow. I am going to go see a doc in Bangkok today. Now I'm really scared. If had the virus it most likely would surge after stopping arvs, causing the lymph node swelling.

My exposure was in SE Asia,after that exposure I developed almost every symptom... f.e. I developed a rash on my forehead around 4 weeks from exposure(I have never had a rash before in my life) and my girlfriend has the same rash now... What are the chances that this is only a coincidence... Slim I think!

hello there,we're on thesame regimen.i recently changed from sustiva to norvir,truvada and reyetaz.i've been on this for 8months now but no s/e.i had uti once,but that's about it.what was ur cd4 count before u got on the meds?

I've had HIV for several years, luckily it was caught early. I started meds fairly soon after. I started Atripla in 2010. It got be undetectable quickly and has kept that way. I never had major bad side effects on it. I did have some crazy dreams and still do. After I was on it for a couple years, things began to slowly deteriorate. I began getting panic attacks, and bouts of tachycardia and palpitations. I had a history of those but it seemed to get worse.

In June 2005 I tested positive with a VL of 330,000 and antibody test at this time it was non react which for what I have read is negative for the antibodies, I decided back then to start treatment right away (Truvada & Sustiva) due to the high VL, I got a geno and phenotype test done before starting treatment, Dr.

So very tired, and insomnia and everything. and forgot to take my pm dose of lamitrogine. I had a .... rash - and above the neck! but it was like that sunburn rash I used to get years and years ago, so I decided after copious amounts of research on the internet that I would keep it at 75mg for a couple of days and go up to 100. Because I am not taking lithium or anything else that makes me sleep or put on weight. Just no.

My boyfriend had heart surgery 4 weeks ago and few days ago a rash appeard on his lower right leg. It does itch and is very red. Not sure what this could be. There are no other rashes on his body. Can anyone help? I am stumped.

For all of you out there that are worried about having a rash and you have tryed all meds and creams and its still there ask your doctor for a cream called betnovate and this hopefully will work as its worked for my daughter

I'm calling it a rash, but I don't really know what it is. I took a picture of it and downloaded it as my profile picture. It itches and is a redish color. I have had it for a couple months and it hasn't gone away. I have been using Triamcinolone Acetonide cream from someone, but it hasn't helped. Hi, I have a sunburn like rash all over my face which burns I also have pink eyes which have bags under them they are also quite bloodshot in the mornings I have tried everything I can think of I was just wondering if anyone would be able to suggest what could be causing this as I am at the end of my tether now.

My 13 month old son has a rash on his hands, feet, & legs, I tried to look in his mouth and didn't see anything, but couldn't keep his mouth open long.. He also has some mild redness on his butt & has not been eating well. There is nothing on his stomach or neck and only a few little red spots around his mouth.

I am 39 weeks 5 days... I have developed a rash. I have eczema normally in the winter / change of seasons, but this is CRAZY. The doctor said they didn't think it was PUPP, but I am COVERED. I have tried the steroid cream the Dr gave me, calamine lotion, oatmeal bath, benedryl (which knocks me out cold for hours), witch hazel, cold compress and even baking soda paste oh and coconut oil. Nothing seems to ease the itch and if it does in one place it comes out in another. Any suggestions?!

Over the past couple of days, I've developed a rash. It's right where my bra hits, so underneath my breasts and in between them. It's annoying more than anything. I'm already top heavy before getting pregnant, probably about 36F, so on top of the girls hurting with pregnancy, they are now itchy. Also, no bra is not an option. Nothing has changed other than I'm now pregnant. No changes to laundry soap or bath soap or anything. Suggestions to help?!

Is it normal to get a rash on my lower stomach? It itches like crazy and I have little red bumps all along the bottom of my Stomach :/ I haven't ate anything different, took any medication, or used any new lotions or perfume.

t work so I tried lotrimin and it seemed to clear up in a day. This red rash lasted for four days. I saw my dermatologist when I got back home, but by this time it was already healing. I showed her pictures and she said that it looked like a fungal infection with intertrigo. I'm negative for hsv 2 at 16 weeks, so I know it's not that. I am positive for hsv 1 though, have been a for a couple years. Does this sound like an hsv 1 genital infection? What does this sound like?

I'm 25w2d and I have had the rash for a month I've been to my ob twice my primary 3 times a walk in clinic once and the er twice. It's nothing like an allergic reaction and it's not infections or harming me or the baby just annoying the poo out of me. It's a type of dermatitis due to me having super dry sensitive skin and being pregnant so it's basically a pregnancy related/caused dermatitis..
