He went through the garbage and ate some bad, raw meat that we threw out and that's when all of a sudden he had the frequent urination. I feared a parasite might have been the cause but the fact that he began to go through the garbage before that shows the behavioral change during that time. So it doesn't correlate with one another. I will try to get a blood work-up early next week.

Vet also gave iv fluids and antiinflammatory shot. Urinary problems went away that night.

Most people say they go away in a day or two, but in very sensitive dogs, it takes much longer. Day 22 Cold Turkey Tramadol ... I woke up HAPPY. I used to wake up happy all the time, before the Tramadol. Waking up happy is good. Then I tried to move. I had to use my hands and arms to get up out of bed. My body has been pushed as far as it will go. So after trying all my best tricks (aminos, coffee, food, vitamins, water) I finally stopped the struggle and called in sick for work. Tomorrow will be a busier day anyhow.

At the time I got the testing the rash was nearly fully healed, leaving scarring..
