suboxone side effects nausea

the naloxone in suboxone is what often causes the headaches....subutex does not have naloxone in it...

Do these side effects eventually go away if you take Soboxin (sp), and then eventually no SOboxin? If a person works out and takes vitamins will this assist in getting this awful drug out of the system?

All this depression and self confidence issues ARE related to the side effects. Which scares me to death because I haven't had luck going down to less than the 4mg. Thank you for your response. XXXXxxxx.

true what cattalina says...the naloxone in suboxone has some side effects with number one being headaches....try subutex..make a plan...what was ur DOC and how much daily did u take? too much of these drugs/sub or subutes carry lots of side effects..and doctors seem to oer prescribe sub..too much causes drowsiness, fogginess etc..

but around 2pm i start getting flu-like symptoms and they last till i fall asleep. im not sure if they are side effects from the suboxone(it is listed as common side effect) or if im not taking enough suboxone and having wd.but like i said i feel fine in the morning.

Every medicine out there can possibly cause some sort of side effects. When it comes to somebody having side effects when starting a new medicine telling them it doesn't cause side effects is putting them at risk for what could end up being a very serious problem . I was on Suboxone for two years, off for 3 months with opiates, and now on again for a month. that dissipated and headache nausea began. as hgl went down fatigue and weakness/breathlessness began. when nausea ended just a loss of appetite and lost taste buds appeared. skin issues did not show til well into treatment and have remained. arthritis pain showed up about week 15. my journal tracks most of this should u care to look. just remember everyone is different. i have had alot of the sx but none debilitating as i asked the folks here what to do and i followed their advice.

There should be some good information and warning info that came with your prescription of suboxone. The side effects are typical of any other type of an opiate - the big cautioin is that you don't want to be taking large doses of benzo meds like xanax or valium with suboxone, that can be a deadly combinatioin. Check for the informatioin with your meds and talk with your doctor.

i want to know the side effects of saboxone, long n short term. ive been taken 1 to 2 saboxone a day. im not even into pills but when i tried it, i like the feeling. and i want to know the side effects, i heard memory loss was one? i took 2 **** tests on it and i passed. if anyone knows for sure please let me know, thank you.

So sorry your daughter is going through this... It must be heart breaking to see one of your children suffer... Most doctors and pharmacist will tell you that in most medications the side effects will subside the longer your on it... At least that's what mine tell me and they where right in my case... I would probably give it just a little while longer and see what happens... In the mean time try having her take it a different times of the day to see if that helps...

I went cold turkey because you have to have moderate side effects. I had a bad headache and was slightly nausea. Yesterday I took two 8mg Suboxone films ~ I had a SEVERE headache at night, so much that I couldn't keep my eyes open from the pain and I also had bad nausea. This morning after taking Suboxone my headache finally lifted for a while, it's coming back a little and I'm dealing with some nausea. I dread tonight.

I have been on Sovaldi, Olysio and Riboviron for 4 weeks. I am finding that I feel very poorly with a laundry list of noxious symptoms. Finally, when thinking of the dosing opiates in general, I picture a line with pain on one end, and the side effects of too high of a dose on the other end-- namely nausea and itching (we docs call it 'pruritis'). You mention that you were not a 'heavy' drug user; if that is the case, and if the itching is from too much opiate stimulation, you would become tolerant to the sensations in a few days.
