Common Questions and Answers about Suboxone in phoenix

suboxone

Avatar f tn Hi Courty - Like Phoenix mentioned methadone or suboxone will be harder to come off of. I too have no experience but have read hundreds of posts here that state this. The longer you read and stick around the more you will learn. I'm sure someone with experience will post very soon. The people here are great and the information & support they offer are invaluable. The physical withdrawals are no fun I won't lie & then the mental aspect will take a bit longer to overcome.

Avatar n tn Anyway I have been taking subox for about 9 months just recently my feet and ankles have started swelling up extremely, just wondered if that has happened to anyone else. I have also gained about 25 pounds in the last 5 months. Does anyone have any suggestions for help. Thank you This discussion is related to I NEED HELP PLEASE..
Avatar f tn You are in a tough spot. The opiate in Suboxone is very strong - Buprenorphine. It was originally used as a pain killer - I believe in what is called Talwin. Anyway, Suboxone is not approved for treatment of pain, but buprenorphine is. The halflife is much longer than codeine or oxycontin, but it is much harder to stop taking once you are dependent. I don't know why your doctor would think that you won't get tolerance to suboxone, if you take it long enough, you will.
Avatar f tn Maybe let him choose the middle name? Phoenix is a great name. Sounds good: Phoenix Michelle, phoenix miranda, phoenix sophia ..
7420335 tn?1390709003 However, with the half life (amount of time the drug stays in your system) of suboxone, some type of wd is probably inevitable. try plan your jump at a time when you can take care of just yourself if possible. Buy some epsom salt and take some hot baths. Buy Emergenc C for vitamin support and take it twice a day. really push fluids for hydration. take calcium / magnesium / zinc for achy bones and restless legs.
Avatar m tn Hello. I live in Phoenix as well and see Dr Patel who practices at Arizona Associates for Reproductive Health. He is AMAZING! He really cares... genuinely. I had consults elswehere and didn't like the grandeous desks and fancy car-driving demeanor of some of the other doctors here. Patel is for real. He is my hero.
Avatar f tn I am looking for robert325 (or I hope that's correct). After being only a reader on this site for years, I've decided it's time to once and for all find a successful way to taper. He seems genuinely concerned and knowledgeable while being positive. I have scared myself silly reading everyone's posts, which I need to move on from. I've been on and off of suboxone since 2007. I've gotten down from 16mgs to 4mgs. With the help of a new doctor.
1294482 tn?1354489288 I'm in AZ and go to Dr. Vladomir Troche. He is on the west side of town (Phoenix/Glendale border) not to far off of the 101. He was highly recommended by my husband's urologist. Also, he has treated other people I know successfully. You can see his stats on the SART site. His entire staff have been wonderful to deal with. I also like that he doesn't force you down any particular path. I have done IUIs with them so far and am halfway through my first IVF.
374251 tn?1246235657 i have a quick question. has anyone on this site attended phoenix house for rehab? i'm getting admitted on dec.4th, i've read the manual and spoke with a "completer". the program can take up to a year, and from what i understand, is pretty demanding. i'm going no matter what, as i have lost complete control of my life and want it back. i just want to know what to expect as far as the demanding part entails, i've never done well with authority.
Avatar m tn See Warren Hill in Mesa Arizona. I know him personally. Dr. O.
Avatar f tn I live in Phoenix/Peoria area and I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow :)
506791 tn?1439842983 Phoenix is a Shadow Hunter. I make shadow "puppets" on the floor or wall and she chases them.
Avatar f tn Lol... I went back in January. A completely different experience than before. Actually its one of the easier online schools. I have friends who do community college online and the requirements are much tougher and time consuming. Also how old are you?
Avatar f tn Hubby said last he heard they are going to be sold back to a guy in Canada. Thank God, hockey don't belong in Phoenix, too hot in Phoenix ( he said ). Yes, its a huge event here, plenty of media coverage. Hes a hugh hockey fan and watches every game. We go to Joe Louis Area ( Hockey Town) several times a season. Which is pretty much the only time I watch, is live games , or if those Red Wings are playing for the cup. We all know how much that is! Lol ! Have to be proud of our team.
Avatar f tn Phoenix.. I love that name!!
