The diagnosis is still ideopathic and with a history of severe anxiety and panic, symptoms have worsened and still experiencing pain and discomfort.
I was previously taking clonazepam .5mg T.I.D but my meds were altered in the hospital. They kept on my normal dose of klonopin while also administering .5-1mg xanax every six hours as needed and 30mg temazapam to sleep at night. On top of this they were administering 4mg morphine IV every 3 hours.
My husband is trying to detox with suboxone and we need to know if he can take it safely. Also, the suboxone doesn't seem to be taking away his withdrawls, he is antsy, has rls, hot and cold, sneezing, nauseaus, very very sick. He has been taking 24-32mg of suboxone and I thought that was a really high dose. He was on about 900mg of oxycodone a day, so maybe that has something to do with it? Anyone please help! I am currently on suboxone for 3 weeks at 24mg a day forhve been on benzos for 6 years and my doc has put me on 1.5 mg od klonopin from long term use of ativan and xanax. I caved in today and refilled my old xanax prescription. I have taken 3 mg so far in the last 3 hours and can't seem to stop. Please help me everyone. My addiction psychiatrist is out od commision in the hospital and has nobody covering. She is in a practice by herself and I don;t know where or who to turn to.

Ive been taking 5-6 750mg vicoden for 2 years and 1 1/2mg of xanax for about 5 yrs.. I have severe back pain and severe anxiety. I have recently noticed rapid weight loss and no apetite. Ive lost about 20lbs in a couple months and a pound daily. I am now concerned about liver problems.. history of kidney stones so i thought the pain was kidney stone related, but more now points to liver. I feel I need to stop tonight, and really scared for my health. im 26 yrs old with a family of 4.
I've been taking suboxone for a little over 2 years now and am about to prepare for my wean. I've also been on 4 mg of Xanax for about 6 months now (sometimes a little more) to help me sleep while weaning on the sub. I read a post earlier that coming off Xanax is much worse than suboxone which I find really really hard to believe as I've tried to come off suboxone before and felt worse than I've ever felt in my life with the w/d symptoms. Methadone and Xanax is a potentially lethal combination, as I'm sure you know. It's hard to know how much is too much, as we don't hear from the ones that don't make it. My son was one of those (1 year ago, age 27), and I have some idea of what he was taking. On one of his (survived) OD's, he took 1600 mg of methadone and I don't know how much Xanax (he often combined them).
On 1/26/10 he was admitted to a program to take him off the Suboxone. Initially they tried to take him off the Suboxone and Xanax at the same time. They substitued Valium for Xanax, but he did not do well so they put him back on Xanax. He did not taper off the Suboxone, they took him off cold turkey. He was in rehab for 16 days when our insurance said "no more", so he came home. It is now 2/14/20 and he is still shaking, anxious and very ill.
One day after doseage stopped of Xanax, Suboxone dosage dumped to 2mg ONCE daily. After being on one nightly large dose of Xanax, and three 2mg daily dosages of Suboxone. Swim began to panic, heart racing, fear, intense anxiety, more so than the original amount he felt when he began taking this hellish pill. Any ways to make a long story short, this past year was the hardest after loosing the baby my man took a suboxone and ended up in jail because he was on drug court. well he told me he'd help me get off suboxone when he got out and he ended up getting me oxys, heroin, and methadone. So I don't know what happen, I did my last shot of dope on Sunday and then went to methodone for a few days.
I recently relapsed using 30mg of oxycodone a day for the last month and started taking suboxone today. I am wondering if taking the suboxen for a week will be fine by taking a whole i belive 8mg the orange one, then half tomorrow, then a qauter does anyone know i do not want to take this forever I am also prescribed to xanax for my aniexty which does not help me it doesnt last long.
Has anyone been on suboxone which worked great and relasped and it no longer helps with withdrawls? I started using again and when I wanted to stop I would just use the suboxone and after 25 to 30 times of detoxing with suboxone now it doesnt help at all. Is there a reason for this? Has anyone else had this problom?
I am on suboxone and I'm on 8mg right now and it helps me ALOT! I kno with suboxone if u take it too soon after heroin u go thru WD REALLY BAD. I don't kno exactly y but someone will b along to help more.
I'm finding it hard to find good info on whether Subutex (Suboxone without Naloxone) will block the effects of Kratom. I realize Kratom isn't a true opiate, but does it work on the same receptors? I am 3 days off a .5 gram heroin habit per day and I used Kratom first for withdrawals (along with Xanax) then started taking small doses of Subutex. If the Kratom will work whilst taking subs, I would like to try that.
I asked for help with this before, and only received one reply. I have awful anxiety and take 2 ativan a day and still can't stop crying. It's been about 43 days since I stopped suboxone after only taking it 5 weeks. Does any one have any answers?
25mg of xanax for a short time and it was fine. The danger with xanax and suboxone is when the xanax is abused and taken at much higher doses, so I would not recommend doing that. I guess the question I would ask is do you really want to be clean? If so, keep working with your doctor, follow his instructions and take the subutex as directed - stay away from the other pills. Get some other support through an NA meeting or from others on this site.
