Quite by chance, 17 years ago when I was almost bedridden and mis-diagnosed for almost all of that time I found out that a lot of my symptoms improved when I was on a low-fat diet. I have recently read a little about this co-infection and would like to hear from anyone with a similar experience.

The cells have Lipids that "plug holes" and the lipids are lost causing the bacteria to become intracellular. Mycoplasmas are known to "hibernate" and come out after an illness, traumatic event, or lowered immune system from a virus or bacteria.
