It's uncomfortable to sit even for short periods of time as there is a dull pain from my glutes down the back of my legs. I have been to a spinal PT and I temporarily felt better but not much. He focused only on my spine and said my movement was very limited for a 27 year old.

I cannot squat as the back of my feet cannot touch my butt, my hand cannot touch my shoulder, cannot do pushup as wrist will hurt a lot. I have done xrays but doctor said my xrays are fine. Quix recommends stretching the affected muscle for a long time - fifteen minutes or so. I don't think I've ever made it that long, but I'll hold a stretch on a muscle that's acting up for five minutes or so, and it really helps my flexibility. It stretches my back/upper torso and arms, but when I do it I seem to hold my breathe a bit and it causes a very intense pain on the very top of my head. The intensity goes down after a few moments and then a small headache lingers from a few minutes to a few hours. When it hurts I constantly move around because it relieves the pain (kind of like when you have to urinate) The pain feels almost like the growth pains that I use to get in my legs as a child. I can't sleep without drinking Myprodol pain killer, because If I don't move around I feel pain and discomfort.

You do a lot of stretching, you can actually grow an extra inch at the end of the class, and if you do it regularly, build up muscles and strengthen your posture you will truly appear taller. You can stretch your legs, and your spine. But your a guy, so you may find yoga to be a little girly for you. The thing is, its very good for strengthening as well if you find the right kind.

I've improved a lot and can now do the splits however I recently strained my right leg muscles, especially in the thigh. It's not getting any better and I am getting stiffer and less flexible as it is too painful to stretch. Is there any way I could stretch again soon and make the muscle loosen again?

Researching online I found that the Heel spur is an accumulation of calcified deposit that attaches itself onto the calcaneus. That the tissue surrounding the calcaneus is not very vascular, and the exudate -- a by-product of inflammation -- has very few ways to be carried away from the area.
