Until last week when i was diagnoised with Auto immune disorder. Does this have any impact on my test results. i have asked this in general forum.. they felt this should not have any impact on the result. Either ways i wanted to get expert opnion. I have also diagonised with low testosterone.. which i heard may casue due to HIV. Are they related. Also since last 2 days, i am feeling muscle aches, fatigue and mild sore throat.. are these due to anxiety or something i need to be concerned ?..
I don't care if the docs are running the tests. I know Labcorp is legit. I talking about the company that ordered the test for me.

According to the results stress images reveal a large sized perfusion abnormality of moderate to severe intensity in the lateral and anterolateral walls . Stress images also showed a medium sized perfusion abnormality of mild to moderate intensity in the interoseptal and inferiolateral walls. Grade V stage. Gated SPECT revealed abnormal left ventricular function with an ejection fraction of 36%.
So can i move on now and rely on these negative tests?
From what I read on this form 30 days appear to be the least number of days post possible exposure for fairly reliable results. So I am wondering what is the validity of a test 6 days post exposure???? Was it even worth the time???? If this comes back negative should I test again at the 30, 60 and 90 marks!!
So by saying confirmatory they do not deny the acurracy of the test because it would say 3 month to diagnose and not confirm...confirmatory means in this case that it is unlikely and elisa confirms or does it me PCR DNA has no validity and if I was infected it could not tell?
