Sleepless in Myrtle beach. I have edema in my legs with too much swelling. Now its really painful. My legs hurt all the time. Pressure makes it worse. So the pain keeps me awake at night including the increased urination.

I live in a northern climate and every April I visit Myrtle Beach, SC. After a couple of days on the beach, I start to develop a red, bumpy rash on the tops of my feet. By the end of the week it has spread out and formed masses of bumps, some of which blister and are almost clear. It spreads to the tops of all the toes and begins to creep up my ankles a little. The rash begins mildly ichy but becomes almost intollerable by the time we pack up to head home.

Just told us to follow up with a cardiologist. The cardiologists in my area (Myrtle Beach) all say 2 to 3 month wait and we don't have a PCP here. We are moving back to Connecticut and I am thinking about calling our old PCP from there and asking if they can help get him into a Dr. there.

Today was better physically other than the sneezing!! What the heck is that about?! Doesn't this sneezing know I have had 3 kids and my bladder can't take it? ;-) Off work for 5 days hopefully I can't lose the edge and relax in Myrtle Beach with my mommy and kids!! Most providers don't recommend it, especially that far away. If you got in an accident or something and the baby was born early, you wouldn't have your doctor, the baby would be in the hospital far away from where you live, etc. But I would talk to your doc and weigh the risks for yourself before you decide.

I am in Myrtle beach now, and about two days of swimming the pain has came back. I began taking the same medicine and stopped swimming. After six sleepless nights I CANNOT take the pain anymore. It has spread to my other ear as well. It's a throbbing pain, feels like there's a whole bunch of blood inside. As well as two bif bumps under my right ear, and one under my left. I cannot barely hear. I have never been in so much pain before.

I still have 5 more weeks and im dying. Especially with the heat.

I'm scheduled for a chemical stress test, my doctor's nurse said that they're going to use Lexiscan. If anyone has had any experience with Lexiscan I would really wish to know what to expect. I've read some positive things about Lexiscan and mostly negative things. I have asthma and wish to know if anyone has had problems breathing when administered this drug. I've also heard that I can experience nausea and vomiting. Although the doc told me not to eat or drink anything.

We are taking a 2 week vacation next year with all of our kids. First to myrtle beach for a few days to visit my father in law then to Daytona beach for a couple days then to Disney for 9 days. I really wanna be in good shape and be able to handle being on my feet all day especially at Disney so now that we are booking the trip this week I have extra motivation to get healthy and exercise. I get tired so quick on my feet now.

My left wrist in particular and other joints in my body have degenerated significantly in just the past two years. Don't misunderstand I've had degenerative joints for many years it just seems that over the last few years some of them are getting to the point of failure.

Thanks i think it will be easier this time also because I have not really taken them every day and only a few a day....i have started the b-12 back up and also drinking my coffee all day again....lol but it will be a little easier now because i do not work so i can have a little rest with the withdraws now......I think right now it is the mental w/d but i am sure when I try to go to sleep tonight the physical wd's will kick in....

hi, I just got back from myrtle beach on friday night. Thursday afternoon I went swimming with my brother and 2 sisters. I put spf 70 sunscreen lotion on because I always get burned but I forgot to reapply, we were only swimming for 2 hours though. I went the entire week without getting burned. Friday we got up around 4:30am to take the tents down and leave. 6:30am went to take one last look at the ocean, but by then I was shaking and extremely cold. I couldn't stop shaking.

moved from Texas back to North Carolina, got married, when on a honeymoon to Myrtle Beach, SC, and have now ended up in Jacksonville, Florida! Needless to say, I've had an interesting past few month! But I have my first ultrasound on the 23rd and am so freaking excited I can't stand it. I can't wait to find out if I'm having a boy or a girl! (which hopefully, I WILL find out, haha) I got to hear the heartbeat for the first time last month, and it was amazing.

there first was about only 2 or 3 then they kjnda went away for couple of weeks after washing with lemon myrtle soap then came back worse when the soap ran out with about 3-4 and more sread out. they are not itcy very 0ften i have tried different soaps like lemon myrtle, this helped a little bit but they did not go away.is ths a serios problem? does anyone know what it is called or how tto get rid of them? are they contagious?

Does anyone know a thyroid doctor in SC that is not hung up on the TSH test as the "gold standard"? If my thyroid gets any lower I think I will die. My symptoms are off the chart along with my T4.
