I have had unprotected vaginal sex about 24 days ago. I present no symptoms such as swollen glands, head or body aches, sweats. Butsince yesterday, I have had a small spot on my tongue. It is painless and almost looks like geographic tongue. I have been experiencing a metallic taste in my mouth and heartburn. I think it is stress related. I also have been brushing my tongue with my toothbrush.
Is it possible that my stress is causing this? Or brushing my tongue?
I have stress problem and i get a lot of symptoms seeing as i scored realy high on a anxiety teet anyway my question well i get like realy bad head preesure somtimes like it feels like there is a lot of blood in my head but almost always its only the left side of my head id like to know how to releve this cuz man i hav it bad right now an i cant sleep
I had all of the symptoms you had and was told for months that it was all stress, in my head. I was told to seek therapy and go on Prozac. I was given klonopin.
It turns out anxiety is a common side effect of disseminated lyme disease and Bartonella (a common co-infection with lyme).

I have been having on and off headaches all day that last seconds when looking at light. When I was born my doctor said I had big pupils and would be sensitive to light, but it's so bad the headaches aren't horrible I did have a headache as soon as I got home I sat at my computer monitor and it was horrible is this stress? I have anxiety and it's pretty severe. Should I worry? I'm 14 and never had head promblem etc.
I am a 24 yr old female. I have been having some frightening symptoms for the last few months. A few months ago I was sitting at my computer and my lips went numb and my heart started racing. I went to the living room to sit down and try not to freak out. Soon after, the back of my head and my arms went numb. My family showed up and I wanted to leave the room so they didn't notice anything but I stood up and felt like I was going to faint.
My story aligns a lot with yours regarding the heart stuff, and I know a lot of my symptoms were from my health anxiety so not to worry! What are your head symptoms? Doctors just discovered a cyst in my brain today after I was having some particular symptoms (but brain cysts are usually harmless -- hoping mine is too -- and can usually be drained so not to scare you!!!). But my symptoms have become really specific so don't freak out if you're having headaches, etc.

I have been feeling confused for a few days, I have slight problems with visual acuity, when I shake my head from side to side, I feel dizzy, and I am so silted. 27 year old male, 1-15-10 had vaginal intercourse w/ mexican sex worker, used a condom. Shaved pubic hair roughly 8 to 9 hours prior w/ no obvious cuts. In the hours before intercourse I drank a large enough amount of hard alchohol to where I almost vomited. During sex, vaginal fluid (but mostly lube) came into contact with about an inch of skin the condom wasn't covering. Went to sleep at 6 am for 2 hours then showered. That morning, and every morning since (7 days) I've had diarreah.

The only symptom I have left is a deep pressure feeling in the center of my head, more frontally localized. I feel it above my palate as well sometimes. It is not painful, however, if i workout on it or do something strenuous i do get groggy and things turn surreal. I was talking to my dad the other day and he brought up how it could possibly be Post traumatic stress disorder bcs I am not worrying about it never going away. I constnatly think about it every day.

It will help us to know if you have been any kind of undue stress lately because these can be symptoms of anxiety, stress, lack of sleep and excessive fatigue. I would suggest you to take a break and rest for a few days. You can also take B complex supplements and see if they help. Do some regular deep breathing exercises.

I also have the same symptoms it feels like a baloon in your head and I also can't put my head on a pillow, I always have to sleep in different positions because of this head pressure. My ENT and all Doctor, s are fed up of me... It's nothing but anxiety and anxiety itself is everything... Pls do not feed your fears by visiting doctors, just laugh without any reason and it will pass.. Laugh insanly...
Is this an impending sign of an aneurysm? In previous situations of extreme stress, I have had a pulsing eyelid. This head pulsing however, is new, and disturbs me, as final week has been over for two weeks now, and I am not currently experiencing stress. Can anyone give me any advice as to what this may be?
