Avatar f tn In a number of tests, Relora has been shown to reduce excess cortisol levels associated with stress while improving mood and reducing stress. It acts via the brain’s GABA and serotonin systems, which are both important in controlling anxiety. NO caffeine!! It is important to understand that your diet should supply you with all the antioxidants and building material for antioxidant enzymes. If you're not getting those, then add some supplements.
Avatar f tn m now 32+3 weeks and been so stressed because his dad promised to send some money for groceries for him ( he is on their food stamps and gets 674 dollars in disability) well no money has come and we have had to spend so much money on him and skipped two major bills this month to get extra groceries and make sure he had a good birthday. Avatar m tn Im 16 weeks pregnant. My stress is at an all time now between work, school, family issues and trying to make sure my baby's okay. I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.
4268628 tn?1375041176 So I am 17 weeks now and feeling g physically ill due to stress. Any ideas for stress relief? Most of my go to activities aren't working. Between a creep video taping my daughter (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping.
Avatar f tn I would suggest you really think about if you can handle the stress of having animals, they are very stressful, especially when they are babies. They make a mess, you have to spend money on them, pick up their poop, feed them & change their water, exercise them etc. Its a lot of work.
Avatar m tn Brew a remedy for the brain If you've been diagnosed with sleep apnea, you may want to regularly brew cups of green tea for yourself. There's evidence that a chemical in green tea can protect your brain from the damaging effects of continuous bouts of oxygen deprivation. Researchers are in love with studying the power of antioxidants—and are still unlocking all of the benefits that are abundant in green tea.
Avatar n tn There are ways to reduce exposure to allergens by using an air conditioner and air purifier esp. when allergen level is high. Keeping house as free of dust as possible by damp mopping and using a vacuum cleaner with a special filter designed to trap fine particles. Avoid contact with animals, or keep pets bathed and well groomed. These things are quiet important. I suggest you to consult pediatrician. Take care and regards.
Avatar f tn Nothing against any ladies that have cats but I would definitely get rid of the cat I wouldn't take any chances at all with my baby plus you don't need the stress on worrying where the cat is or if it will get at the baby hope I didn't offend anyone.
8110498 tn?1397344782 Potting in the house, tearing up trash, eating my food if I sit out down to go to restroom ect... Has anyone else had there animals act like this while they were prego? Idk what to do with my dog I luv her very much but I don't need the added stress.......
Avatar f tn I found a hard spot on the side of my neck that moves and when I did a deep thumb massage on the spot I got immediate relief. Iim guessing it is a tight neck knot from the stress and I don’t get much sleep. I’ll keep to that assumption before thinking of the worst over and over and see if I do any better. So far, the vertigo goes away and comes back since the knot re-tightens but massaging it gives relief. Thank you again!
Avatar f tn Actually animals need pain relief, and vets are finally getting around to acknowledging it. Animals are designed to fool predators into thinking they are healthy and they have too act that way even if they don't; otherwise they are someones dinner. Especially cats, if they look bad then they are most likely at death's door. They don't have a voice to tell us just how bad the pain it.
1522559 tn?1291231123 I read your profile; you have alot of animals. Are you sure none of the animals have fleas? Sounds like you may have flea bites. It is definitely some type of allergic dermatitis. Have you changed body lotions or soap? Are you using a new detergent to wash your clothes in? You can also try to use an oatmeal soap. This is great for very dry, itchy skin or irritated skin. You can buy the soap over the counter in a pharmacy.
Avatar f tn I tried an apple cider vinegar bath which helped with short term relief, but I have to work in 3 hours and need this itching and burning to stop! All std tests came back negative but I still can't get these infections from coming back. Any suggestions?
Avatar f tn I'm having alot of stress drom personal problems this pregnancy this is my 4th baby my youngest is only 10 months old im working full time and going to school does anyone know of any good stress relief ideas cause I'm very Moody and have lost all patience o have so far
Avatar f tn It could be because you're pregnant animals can sense these things. And cats tend to pee on peoples things if they're threatened or jealous maybe they're upset about the baby. Are they fixed because that can stop it.
7989976 tn?1403493624 It is quite weird. They knew I was pregnant before I did. Its weird to think about.
Avatar f tn I am sure some of you have animals. I have a sweet black cat and a tiny chihuahua that is a bit crazy. My boyfriend wants to get rid of them before the baby gets here which I think is ridiculous honestly. I have had these two their whole lives and they are my first children. He is worried about them not adjusting to or hurting the baby which I understand but on the other hand I am aware there will be an adjustment period just like we have.
Avatar f tn i was just wondering if anyone knows if it's true or has experiencing with their animals sensing when labor was close? I have a husky and she's usually a spoiled brat, she doesn't like to cuddle and she don't lay be me. She stays at the end of the bed or on the floor but yesterday and today she has been laying by me and curling up right against me. Just wondering if maybe she knows it's coming?
Avatar f tn i wanted opinions about my dog. I don't know I animals can tell UR pregnant but my dog just follows me all ova my house. I'm mean more than usual since I've been pregnant. I'm 15w 3d i mean its to the point where I almost trip on her. If I kick her out my room n close the door she will just lay right outside my door TIL I open it. If she's in my room she lays right nxt to my bed to where I gotta step ova her to get up. Sometimes I don't even know she's there.
Avatar f tn My animals are so funny now! My horse is mad at me my dog is obsessed with me. My goats follow me Around like I'm their mom. My donkey loves me to death! Any other mamas find that their animals act strange especially later in pregnancy?
Avatar f tn They know :) animals just know, but I haven't heard of them sensing labor.. My dog is the opposite, sadly. He kinda looks at me funny and won't come near me :( lol and sometimes he tries to lay with me by my tummy and scoots back to the point I have to move him because he squishes me haha. But then again, he knows when we're getting ready to leave somewhere and he'll go lay by himself all alone and basically pout because he doesn't want us to leave.
