Another girl was being trained there but had to be moved off it as she is also pregnant and couldnt manage the stress and ebded up being out sick a lot. I mean what the hell? Im 25wks today. Have they not learned their lesson with another pregnant person? Im not going putting myself or baby through that stress. Work is hard enough. Should I go to them and say Im not doing it before they put plans in place or what? Grrrr angry momma right here!!
It's not going to hurt the baby as much now as it will if you act like this regularly when the baby is here. If this is a pattern in your life, not just in your pregnancy, see about getting some anger-management tools now, and practice them now. Kids don't deserve parents who can't CTFD.
I made a stupid comment about my 26 yr old son and how he is not providing for his 9 mo old son that I am now forced to help care for. My GI freaked and threatened to stop tx at mid-point. Sent me to a psych Dr. Thought I was going to go postal! LMAO..................Please, If I wanted to harm myself or someone else I sure as h*ll wouldn't put myself thru this to do it. I often joke to friends that I'm allowed 1 suicide and 1 murder while on tx but not necessarily in that order.

Combine that with their age and maturity levels and it is not at all uncommon for it to take a full year for a kindergartener to learn to sit still and do work. It takes a lot of patience and understanding to teach a kindergarten class!
I would give this some time for her maturity level to catch up. My son was extremely bright too and way ahead of many of his classmates for years but he was very immature. He was one of the youngest in his class and I think that had a lot to do with it.
True story...Being Pregnant your body is higher. Maybe the fresh air will help with your tendacies with wanting to smoke again. I can understand being stuck at home all day, it's not fun. I have 2 sick kiddos and we are down to one car for the time being and it's snowing so going out aide for us isn't really and option. I keep busy with my kids but there are other things you can do to keep busy. Start taking up a hobby. I taught myself to knit and crochet a few years ago.

I had to put my college plans on hold for a while so that I could learn to be a mom. It was the hardest lesson I have ever learned but the greatest thing that ever happened to me. Her dad and I are not married yet, but we have been together for 7 years and she is now almost 4 years old. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't change a single thing. Although it was hard, she was well worth it! We are now expecting our second baby in June.

I'm having a hospital birth and my friend isn't a doula or anything. She's just a massage therapist who studied a good bit in the areas of acupressure and reflexology. She was gonna be in the room with me anyways when I give birth cuz I want her there. So if she can massage me during labor to help ease pain while in there with me, why not! I rather that than an epidural. And I've had demeral for other pain management reasons before and my body tolerates it well.
Google is your worst enemy hun. I'm high risk, always have been on every pregnancy and I learnt my lesson the hard way with Google. Ring and speak with your doctor about the strep b. Find out what they're plans are for you. I've tested positive twice before for it and each time I went into labour I didn't wait to go to the hospital, so as I had maximum chance of getting the anti biotics into me. My labours were well over the 4hr mark which was good in that aspect.
what does everyone have planned for turkey day? anybody traveling? we are just going to some friends (well we consider them family) . the only thing i dont care about this plan, is i wont have my own turkey left overs!
I'm having a breast lump removed on Friday. My doctor told me that we would just play it by ear as to how long I'd need to be off of work. As of right now I have taken Friday and Monday off. I'm a teacher so I have to prepare lesson plans for any days that I'll be out of school.
My questions are for anyone who has had a lumpectomy...Will 4 days be a long enough time for me to heal, or should I prepare sub plans for a longer amount of time?
