Avatar m tn And also could you please elaborate on your symptoms? Some amount of stress is essential for day to day functioning but if gets out of control it can lead to numerous physical and mental problems. I would suggest to you to please relax and try to make a list of all things that are causing stress in your life. This way you will know how to you can deal with each one of them. Also do some breathing exercises, go for short walks, eat regularly and take a mild tranquiliser at bedtime.

Avatar f tn Honestly and this is just my opinion. But I think you need to drop them. I understand you want the dad to talk to his son but he can when he gets out. And as for your bf same goes for him. Its not fair to you to work two jobs, pay your bills, pay for your children, and pay for you ex plus bf.
Avatar f tn Up the duff by Kaz Cooke is a great lighthearted read, doesnt scare you with the 'what ifs' like many other books do. And you get a bit of a giggle out of it. Its one to go through week by week.

480448 tn?1426948538 I wanted to re-post this link to a health page I created listing anxiety resources. There are many many great books on this list. I cannot stress enough that the MORE work you put into treating your anxiety, the more successful you will be. You cannot expect to take a pill or go to therapy once a week (or less) and have it all figured out. If anyone has any books, sites, etc they have found helpful, let me know and I'll add it to the health page. Remember: you have to help yourself!

1117137 tn?1345227905 What books are you reading/have read that you would recommend to the group, and why? My current favorite is 'Raising Baby Green' by Alan Greene, M.D. - It is an amazing resource that provides tips and information about providing your baby with the best environment inside the womb, and out that you possibly can. It doesn't preach at you, but rather gives insight and ideas to consider.. even if just one at a time. The best book of its kind that I have read.
790669 tn?1465189099 Anyone know of some really good infertility books? I'm really looking for some to read and plus if anyone knows of any that would be somewhat helpful to my husband. I know they really don't understand it all, but something he could make some sense of. I don't mind if there's a book for us both or seperate his/her books. Anyways, thanks!
