I wanted to re-post this link to a health page I created listing anxiety resources. There are many many great
books on this list. I cannot
stress enough that the MORE work you put into treating your anxiety, the more successful you will be. You cannot expect to take a pill or go to therapy once a week (or less) and have it all figured out.
If anyone has any books, sites, etc they have found helpful, let me know and I'll add it to the health page.
Remember: you have to help yourself!
