The other day i was driving home from the mountains and out of nowhere i got this really bad headache. My sinus closed and my ears started to ache. I felt like a really bad pressure in my head like if someone was squeezing my head. i could still breathe normally from my mouth and vision and movements were all ok. I get scared really easily when it comes down to my health so i started getting nervous. But then the pressure/headache went away after about a 1minute and i calmed myself down.

that is a specific headache you are getting. i know it well. most of the time, conventional remedies such as tylenol or advil make mine worse. i go out to my garden and eat a few leaves from the plant. it is the only thing that works for me. i don't know how leaves convert into mg's or whatever, so i don't know how many supplements you would need to take. also, i usually need to eat some every 30 minutes or so til it's gone.
