Not really expecting them to clean or anything but they could run a paper towlel over a table while I did it. I had a bag of magnets in my kitchen and when I cooked, I got the magnets out and they would sit at the frig and play magnets. I had a cupbourd that was theirs to play in while I did dishes. Some babies are more difficult to console and keep content. Absolutely they are. But this is not a reason to be angry with them.

I want to say there is more nicotine in an e cgis but not certain. Just try to wien yourself off. When my mother in law attemoed to stop smoking I always saw her with an unlit cigarette in her mouth that she would puff on. It seemed to work for her. I started getting ready to stop smoking about 5yrs ago. I decided not to smoke in my car anymore. Hi I quit smoking 6 weeks ago. I had smoked for 9 years (yes i was a young starter) When I tried to quit before I found it really difficult coz it felt like I was missing out on something (if that makes sense?) then a friend told me about this book called Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking: Be a Happy Non-smoker for the Rest of Your Life. I read it and that really helped me. Its hard to explian but if you read it with an open mind it will work.

I smoked since i was 11 and quit for my kids when i was 24 and i swore i would never touch one again..hated the smell..couldnt stand been around anyone who smoked..hated seeing ppl in the street smoking. You know for my wedding we did little jars of jam from a local jam maker and I made magnets with those big glass round drop things and scrapbook paper. I know weddings are not the same but you could do little bags of candies like the miniature kind cuz they are baby size :) but I loved the magnets. They are pretty cheap to make and quick too.

I know this is going to sound trite, but you CAN stop smoking if you truly WANT to. I used to feel just like you, do a Rip Van Winkle and sleep through the cravings and withdrawals. I can't tell you how many times I gave into that crave just 15 minutes after I said that this was my last one! That's because I really didn't want to quit.
