The best solution is to floss your teeth on a regular basis, and for now it should be nearly every day, until your
gums stop bleeding, then you switch to two or three times a week as a regular thing. Find a floss that is waxed so it won't hurt so much. Rinse your mouth, floss, rinse again, then brush your teeth like normal. Within maybe two months, you should notice a big difference, and hopefully your gums will stop bleeding.
