stomach ulcer or pregnant

Hello, I'm 19 yrs old and I've been having a clear/milky discharge from my right nipple for a little over a week. I was also suppose to start my period on the 3/14 and i did sorta, I wipe myself and I find there to be a dark brown discharge. I looked it up and saw that it was old blood I have yet to fill up a pad. I've bee n wiping myself and having this discharge for 5 days. I was also sick about a week ago with sore bones and nausea.

I was just curious, does having a bleeding ulcer hinder my chances of having a healthy baby or pregnancy? Would it be unsafe for me to have a child with stomach or intestinal problems?

I have GI appointment at the end of the month. Is it possible to have a stomach ulcer for 6 months?

It started with heartburn just two weeks after switching, then things got worse with in a week or so to where I would vomit stomach acid if I laid down flat for more then a few minutes. I can take acid reducers and they help a little bit. I have the constant taste of vomit in my mouth. Yuck! I don't take otc medications very often and nothing else has changed. Whenever I took the oxy, I would have stomach acid come back up in my mouth about an hour after taking the medicine.

Good grief, spitting up blood from heartburn when you were pregnant was a pretty good sign you have an ulcer, a bleeding ulcer. It sounds to me like when you pour alcohol in your tummy, it's like putting battery acid on an open wound, it makes it bleed more, hurts, irritates the stomach so much, that it pukes it all up.

Gastritis is a more likely scenario. It might not be a bad idea to check with your doc and possibly ask for some testing. You may want to consider asking him to check for the presence of H. pylori, the bacteria that is implicated in causing stomach issues and gastritis.

first tell what type of pain u have it may pricking ,acidic dragging type...it may be due gastric ulcer or erosion .do u have vomiting ,haematemesis.... the important thing you have to do is quit smoking ,alcohol ,avoid oily food, take food at right time, dont take it with hurry,worry,curry...relieve ur stress and anxiety.u can use antacidsto relieve gastric pain ....

They also have me on 4 pills a day for the ulcer medicine and another pill to coat my stomach so my ulcer is probably already healed. I suffer from migraines as well and there will be times throughout the day my brain will feel bruised and like it's bleeding but only on the top. My question is should I go get the testing done or would it just be a waste?

But I also just found out yesterday that I have a stomach ulcer so it hurts when I eat but then being pregnant makes me want to eat every couple hours. They gave me some medicine to take but it's 8 pills a day for 15 days and I don't want to give my baby all that so I plan on waitin it out until the baby gets here to take them. Does anyone else feel hungry all day or could it just be a side effect if the ulcer? This is my first pregnancy and I am 20 weeks tmrw.

the pain is central in the stomach and above the belly button. The meds Im on are actually for an ulcer or excess acid and do help when taken - its a horrid pain!

At first I thought this was just heart burn but I haven't slept in 3 days bc my stomach feels like its burning or just pain and its not just my upper stomach its all over. I'm 33weeks tomorrow first time mommy and starting to get worried someone please help tell me if this is normal.

The mouth has being examined by both doctors and one doctor have told me that the ulcer which apperaes is not a STD related ulcer thats due to stomach acid relfex has coming to the throght & sore thought & ulcer is because of that also i have give Vitmin B12 for coted toungh, the other doc has informed that there can be a tooth which is ticking in to the toungh that has caused the ulcer, now i am confused with two reply. also does ulcers take normaly long time to cure,? I was thinking it may be a possible ulcer. But, I don't think you would have a temperature with that. I recommend that you see your Dr and tell him/her all of your symptoms. Do you think you may have been exposed to HIV? If so, ask to be tested for it.

I was diagnosed with a duodenal ulcer, based off of symptoms, about 8 months ago. I completed my antibiotics and have been taking Prilosec since.
