, can't concentrate, pain when you press on my stomach
area, headaches, bloating, stiff neck, achy back, weight gain (which I am unable to lose), the list goes on. I was recently diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency. I've been taking 2000 IU a day for about a week. I know it's still early, but can anyone give me an idea about when I MIGHT be feeling somewhat better? How long does it take to get into your system and start helping?
