Hello. I have been experiencing severe stomach pain for about six months now. It is mostly localized in my lower right abdomen, but as the pain gets worse it spreads throughout the lower abdomen and to my lower right back. The pain ranges from a tearing feeling to a stabbing sensation. The pain is so severe that I can not move. I also feel very nauseated and throw up throughout the whole ordeal. Along with the nausea I experience vertigo and am very weak.
My son who os 19 yrs old is having stomach pain with vomiting and complains that there is something in his throat for the last 2 wks. He has been to see 2 different Dr. He has been taking something for acid reflex and is on malox and musinex. He is getting no relieve. On 2 different occasions he has been vomiting blood. Any suggestions? He is not eating and is losing weight. Please HELP!!!
I would like to know why I need to go to the bathroom more frequently and only a little. I have pain and a funny sensation that seems to be from inside-genital area or pelvic area. It feels shakey after I go to the bathroom. a tingly kind of feeling down there. I also have a temp. of 99.7. what is happening. I am 37 and have been experiencing lower right abdominal pain which at times radiates across my abdominal area. I also at times feels like fluttering in my stomach and a burning sensation at times also. When I sit for a long period of time it feels like something heavy or hard is in there but my stomach does not feel hard upon touch. At nights at times it feels like a shart stabbing pain if I lay on that side or will hurt if pushed hard. I had had a cat scan and it showed nothing.

i am 16 years old and for the past few months, about 3. it's happed before, it didnt just start, i throw up my stomach lining, it yellow and stringy. in the middle of the night i always wake up to a strong pain in my stomach, in between my ribs. it doesn't only happen then, it happends through out the day to and the only thing that helps it feel better is to eat something, but it's not a hunger pain. any suggestions?

However I did not have severe stomach pain other than what one would associate with vomiting. The low back pain was extreme and as you describe like labor.
There is also esophageal spasms that can cause the extreme epigastric pain (like labor also) and vomiting. Normally one does not have back pain but everyone is different.
The important thing to do in my opinion is see you physician and discuss this with him/her. This can best be diagnosed when it occurs.
