Though I have not experienced the piercing pain ever after thatstill I have some persisting pain in the lower part of the abdomen radiating to the back and legs. The pain is very prominet at the mid back, lower abdomen above the navel on the right side and below the navel and the left side and on both thighs upto calves of the legs. I also feel a pushing pain the the groin while passing urine or motion (bearable pain).

It is mostly localized in my lower right abdomen, but as the pain gets worse it spreads throughout the lower abdomen and to my lower right back. The pain ranges from a tearing feeling to a stabbing sensation. The pain is so severe that I can not move. I also feel very nauseated and throw up throughout the whole ordeal. Along with the nausea I experience vertigo and am very weak. This episodes generally have a sudden onset, last about two hours and then they gradually stop.

So I've been having lower abdomen pain/pressure for a couple months and recently gotten worse. I went to the dr and because of my family history of ovarian cancer, my dr had me get an ultrasound. I went back on 7/1/2016 for the ultrasound results and she said everything looked normal (except for a small cyst on my left ovary, which was normal).

Lower right abdomen pain often means appendicitis, and since that can become rather serious quickly, you should visit a doc as soon as you can. If you notice the pain is becoming very bad, go straight to the ER, don't hesitate. Now, that kind of pain can mean a few other things going on in your body that needs checking out, again a good reason to have a doc check you out, becuz some are serious or can become serious.

Hi for a few years I’ve had bad pain under my right rib that is clear of gallstones, kidney and liver issues. I had a clear colonoscopy. Now I have a severe everyday pain lower right side abdomen, I’m clear of appendix and ovary problems and have good, healthy periods. I had a calprotectin test that came up 338, I have impaction of feces and I am now anemic. Does anyone have any ideas on what this is ?
