Avatar f tn For the past week or so I have had a dull pain in the lower right abdominal area that comes and goes. I've also been pretty bloated also. Maybe even a little sick to my stomach here and there. It's not constipation because i have no problem going to the restroom. Anyone have any ideas? Avatar f tn Starting last week, I started getting stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen. Along with it, I had nausea, a fever, and a slight headache with chills. The doctor tested my urine and said I had a possible kidney infection. She gave me a three day prescription. After I was done taking it, the pain was gone, but I still had a low grade fever, headache, and constant fatigue.

Avatar n tn I went to urgent care because I was having serious stabbing pains in my lower right abdomen. It started as stomach discomfort but after two days or so moved to my lower right abdomen. After seeing two doctors they were convinced that my appendix was inflamed and I even failed reflex tests but other symptoms were lacking. I had no diarrhea, no fever, no blood in my stool, and no nausea or vomiting.
Avatar n tn I am sorry you have this condition but I have the exact same symptoms. I suggest you see a doctor and have a liver panel blood test made. I have not been diagnoised yet but working on it. My liver enzymes are high - ALT - AST This is the result on my liver blood work. My medical doctor says I have an infection in my liver. Nothing has been confirmed but I will see a gastro doctor next. This infection has been bothering me for nearly 3 years off and on.

2015757 tn?1409172476 The stomach pains associated with nausea can be because of gastritis or heartburn. As the pain is predominantly in the right side of lower abdomen, the possibility of appendicitis needs to be ruled out. The kidney stones will cause a classically radiating pain. Ovarian cysts can occur at any age. Hence a thorough examination by a Doctor and an ultrasound scan will be necessary to make a definite diagnosis. Consult your Doctor. Hope this helps.
Avatar f tn My fiance has had moderate pain in his lower right abdomen for about 6 weeks now. He says the pain is worse when he's been sitting for a while, but is not dependent on the food he eats. His doctors is very inattentive and it's preventing him from going back after his last appointment. He had a chest X-ray to see if it was a muscle or skeletal problem, but the X-ray showed nothing abnormal.
Avatar n tn It is mostly localized in my lower right abdomen, but as the pain gets worse it spreads throughout the lower abdomen and to my lower right back. The pain ranges from a tearing feeling to a stabbing sensation. The pain is so severe that I can not move. I also feel very nauseated and throw up throughout the whole ordeal. Along with the nausea I experience vertigo and am very weak. This episodes generally have a sudden onset, last about two hours and then they gradually stop.
Avatar n tn Had no bowel movement for over 7 days, I decided to take 2 pills of laxative, next early morning I woke up with a sharp pain in my lower right and lower near the pelvis area, finally had bowel movement, then went back to sleep for another few hours, woke up with pain in lower right and stomach, later in the day I felt better, and the pain in lower right came back, noticed I had a little vaginal bleeding, but then it stopped and the pain goes and comes all night and all day..
Avatar n tn You should seek medical help as soon as possible. The two symptoms may be connected. The "migraine headache" may in fact be that you have a fever. Lower side abdomen pain may be appendicitis, or a viral or bacterial infection of the lymph gland in that area. Lymph glands that are inflamed in the abdomen can mimic appendicitis. Swollen lymph glands in the abdomen is called Mesenteric Adenitis.

1363698 tn?1277816271 For a couple days now I have experienced some pain in my lower chest area around the right side near the bottom of my rib cage and am experiencing dizziness as well. It started in my mid back and then yesterday (6/28/10) I was at a restaurant eating ice cream after my meal and all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my right side like someone stabbed me. It then stretched across my whole lower chest area above my stomach and then went back to the right side. Is this normal?
Avatar n tn About a month and a half ago I started having a burning sensation in my lower right abdomen. The pain was pretty steady but I noticed it would flare up most often when I got up to walk at work. After a week of this I went to the doctor, and they stated that my ascending bowel was slightly emlarged and I had constipation, even though I had regular movements daily (usually one a day). They put me on Mike of Magnesia for a week after that.
