Does joint pain come from stomach problems?? Is my headaches caused by my symptoms and the chronic pain am in? Feel like am totally falling to bits.
Much pain and stomach ache. I have not been taking my multi-vitamin (which has B vitamins), because I ran out a few days ago. I wonder if this is why I am feeling so weak, fatigued and super brain fogged the last few days. Menses alone usually doesn't bring the strong brain fog I currently have. I feel I can barely concentrate on even watching a favorite TV show. My face is in pain, my head, too. It is such a distraction from doing nearly anything.
I have this problem too. Only discovered it after eating fresh pneapple yesterday and today.
last week because for two weeks I had horrible pit stomach pains (dbl over pain), and the belching was horrendous, especially at night. The doctor (I was still belching in his office) listened to my stomach and told me it was acid reflux, bad case apparently. The only time I felt well was when I would not eat anything, not even drink water...lost 2 lbs ...not good. I was already taking prilosec for two weeks (1 x day), before seeing him.
She was diagnosed a month ago and have been complaining about stomach pain, sometimes worst than others. With her stomach pain, she also experiences horrible chest pain that comes and goes. I have taken her to her pediatrician, and am now demanding to see a specialist because sometimes she is doubled over in pain. What crazy it that once we get to the hospital, the pain is not as severe. The doctors assumed that she was lying about it, but I know thats untrue. I don't know what to do anymore.
However it just got worse last three to 4 months felt a lot of ressure in etween throat and to art of chest something stuck in throat feeling too was there ut the ressure in Between this region was much worse.
It feels like my intestines swell up to the point it feels like there are going to burst through my back. I was told perhaps too much bile is getting released into the stomach and was told to try the drug Colestid. I guess that will be my next step. I just wish I had a good doctor who knows exactly what the issue is.
It is fully curable, but it take you learning how to recognize it and breathe properly. If you get too much oxygen in your bloodstream, you feel like you cannot get a deep breath. The reason? Too little carbon dioxide. If you stress over this, you will just intensify it, pulling more air and feeling like you are gasping for air, all caused by simply breathing too much. It will take some work to resolve this problem, but that is all it will take, some effort and the will to get over it.
I have a really bad pain in the upper part of my stomach. I also hear a churning and I have gas with this. Is this a gall bladder problem? This discussion is related to Lump in throat, occasional upper stomach pains, pale stool.
I heard this happens to some people whenever they eat any kind of nuts. I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but if it bothers your stomach than don't eat ANY kind of nuts. I don't get pain, but I can't eat them either. It just gives me more problems with diarrhea.
I did not have any symptoms of vomiting, or nuesa, pain, diarriah. I only feel the discomfort after eating or drinking. It was associated with rapid heart beat and a general weak feeling. This made me start to fear eating. I did an U/S for my stomach which was all clean. I then saw my doctor who on physical examination (when pressing the upper part of my stomach it did hurt me, but not much or sever). He asked me to do a blood tes, where H.Pylori was present. He gave me Rabeloc and antiboitics.
I have never had any ill effects from eating sweets, and I think if eating sweets makes you happy, by all means, go for it. Just try a little moderation. P.S. to DH Bill - I know what you mean. A glass of red wine is ALWAYS on my mind, but no, no. One year from now I am buying the most expensive bottle of red wine I can afford!
If you think deep breathing sounds too simple, hold your thumb. That will help the stomach and nerves too. It helps everything. Hold the right thumb with the left hand for the present. Hold the left thumb with the right hand for the past. This is Jin Shin Jyutsu acupressure. It helps the meridians. The stomach meridian runs through the thumb.
Hi there I have a 6 year old daughter who is always complaining about stomach pain, We have just moved to New Zealand and she was very happy and excited about the whole move , she has started a new school and is loving it, I have only recently noticed that she is not eating her lunch or drinking much, only water and eats strange things like pretzels and chips but no sandwitches and when i ask her she keeps telling me that she has terrible stomach pain !
Hello, All these symptoms are of gastritis due to acid reflux from the stomach. It is usually after eating a heavy fatty meal and sedantry lifestyle. It can also be caused by drinking too much alcohol, prolonged use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin or ibuprofen, or infection with bacteria such as Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). Eat small nutritious meals at frequent intervals instead of a heavy single meal.
Also you need to make some life style changes such as taking a late night snack, drinking cold milk, avoiding heavy meals and eating frequent small meals, avoiding too much of caffeine, tea, smoking, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones, avoiding heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal, raising the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees, and avoiding lying down for least 2 hours after food. Hope this helps. Take care!
Her opinion is that Laverne was homeless and just ate what she could find and now is eating too much. Like humans, she still fears where she'll get her next meal. She has a good coat, good teeth and gums.
I follow the same dosing schedule as you do, eating an hour or two after meds. I don't have much stomach pain, but I do suffer from acid reflux which is very painful, and much worse when I'm suffering from a lack of medication. The chest pressure and pain is intense and often mimics a heart attack. Armour is a T3/T4 med and I did notice a difference in my heart rate a few hours after taking it at first, especially when increasing dosage.
I have pain in my stomach and two much acid i can not drink milk or ice cream and cheese it hurts all the time and some times i throw up and the smell is bad my teeth feel very dry after ward i work night shift and it is a hard job and iam in good shape but i have too much acid and lots of gas tell me please how to get rid of the pain
I learned how to do deep breathing exercises to control the pain. The pain would last from anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes. Eventually it just started to happen more and more and everyday. I was visiting an aunt of mine, and one day while lying in bed in pain. She came to me with a shot of zambuca and sat down and asked me about the pain. I said to her "oh it's ok, it always happens, it's normal".
If it's helping you and you're not finding that you're having any after effects from it such as next day sleepiness, forgetfulness, etc., then I wouldn't worry too much about having taken it for so long. However, I would also say that if your docs haven't looked into another possible cause for your difficulty sleeping, I would request that they do so.
haven't been on here in a while. My appt. is in two weeks. he told me to plan on about 3 hours. My cortisol levels seem to be ok now, but he said something about the clinical examination possibly telling him something different. I really like the idea of a doctor that is going to use clinical diagnosing along with blood tests---rather than a doctor who worships the almighty blood test---which has been known to be innaccurate on me.
I also suffer from severe stomach pain/chest pain , especially after eating, altered bowel movements, just been told it is just ibs but im still not sure that can cause so much pain!lost 40lbs in 2 months!,had ultrasounds, catscan, colonoscopy, endoscope, hida scan, stool test with negative results..next is lapascropy to check for endometrosis in sept. I found a high fiber shake recipe that works when i cant tolerate food and relieves constipation.Peppermint oil works good for cramps and gas too.
I dont know if that was psycho-somatic or what, but when I get that hungry stomach feeling it would start to make me feel a bit queesy and like I had a stomach-ache from not eating - even though I was mostly eating the same as before, if not more. It wasnt long before I gave in and started smoking again, like I always do, because I didnt want to put on the weight and just missed smoking too much. See if your diet may have anything to do with it, and if not, you may want to see a doctor.
Almost instantly after I eat lunch or dinner i will start to feel bloated and gassy and even some pain as well. I didn't notice it too much in the beginning, but as time went on i started to see it was an everyday occurrence. I've tried controlling my diet to go gluten free, dairy free, but nothing has been successful. It doesn't matter what type of food is in my stomach, i will still have similar symptoms. There always seems to be a lot of churning that goes on right after i eat.
