I am and have been for more than a year now been suffering with what can best be described at horrible stomach gas. Burping and flatulence constantly. Stomach rumbling. No other symptoms to speak of. No loss of appetite. No real pain, just discomfort. Bowel movements are relatively normal. I have had colonoscopy, endoscopy, cat scan, mri, blood test, with no diagnosis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Had a terrible day yesterday with stomach ache, nausea and bloating. Ate very little and was better today. Ate dinner a while ago and am starting to get a stomach ache and bloated again! Just took Gas-X. My doctor said he is out of stuff to prescribe and referred me to a specialist 2 hours away!
I am set for a 3-5 hour motility test next week. Wondering if anyone has had this done. Of course, can't get done locally and have to be there at 7:30 AM!
I have seen says my bloating is not due to gas. I am so tired of people asking when I am due. I even went to an allergist. I have done the elimination diet. I have tried no dairy, my thyroid was checked and came back fine. I know this is not weight gain from the pregnancy because after I had my c-section I wasn't bloated for a few days and then I ate regular food and looked like I slipped a basketball under my shirt within 30 mintues after eating. Any ideas as to what it could be?
I had the worst bloating and gas pains last night! I was able to finally go poo (tmi) and then fall asleep but I woke at 1:30 and could barely get out of bed because my tummy hurt so bad with gas. I got up and did my thing and I went back to bed. When I woke at 3:30 to tinkle I was fine.
What can I do about this bloat and gas? Two nights in a row only this one was horrible!
Hey, You said you're having chest pain along with bloating, gas, etc. As for the chest pain and irregular beats, you can request to see a cardiologist. They might want you to do a holter or event tests. Both of those are basically a heart monitor. You wear any where from 24-48 hours for holters and 1-4 weeks for events. Depends on what your cardiologist will want. It's totally painless. Hooks up through wires. You wear it and carry on your day as normal while it monitors your hearts activities.
I've been having constant stomach pain that feels like gas and I've been bloated for the past week and a half. My period is due this week Wednesday, but I've never had these kinds of symptoms before. It feels like I really have to go to the bathroom or pass gas but I rarely do, and when I do it only momentarily releives the symptoms... So what's up with me?

my systoms are very bloated , expanded stomach most of the time most foods cause this I had my galbladder out 15 years ago and I have suffered since. The extreme bloating is causing a lot of pain I need to know what I can do about it. I have been taking Nexium 40 mg one time a day for the past two months and the past week I have been having gas pains in my chest. I can feel the gas bubbles moving after I eat and stays around for a long period of time which is very uncomfortable. Is it ok for me to take Gas X along with the Nexium?
I have been in pain for the past 24 hrs feels like a heart attack but on the right side? I can't pass the gas that is built up inside my stomach. Feels similar to after a laparostomy? It NEVER goes away, even when i get up in the morning on an empty stomach, im bloated. Ive been eating very bland foods. The bloating is so unconfortamble, its hard to breath. I had a sonogram and an Upper GI test(drinking the gross stuff), they were both fine. Im not lactose intolerant by the way.
Some background info: When i was younger i had a lot of stomach issues that never got solved. There was a time when i was 8 years old, i was nauseated everyday with stomach pain.

I am having the same exact symptoms, I had just posted a similar question. I first started off having alot of pain between my stomach/chest, bad bloating, doctor said it was hiatel hernia. I started taking Protonix, which helped the pain, but did nothing for the bloating.
I'm going through the same exact thing, I pass stools almost daily, but never feel evauated, I haven't burped or pass gas in a very long time. Doctors are trying to figure out the problem now.
